Great stay in Rosemary beach! Bedrooms on the first level were very comfortable and could sleep up to 7 (adding bed under stairs). Main living level (floor 2) is awesome - perfect for the entire family to hang out and eat our meals in the very spacious kitchen. Crow's nest (third level) was a very popular hangout for the younger guys. Loved our stay. Location is excellent - very close to main square and Kilwin's Ice Cream :)."

Very impressed with 30A vacations. Would use them to book future trips instead of other sites. They checked in with me to make sure everything was going well, and when one of our keys to the pool wasn’t working they immediately responded. Excellent service. The house was very. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. When I looked at the map before booking I thought it was further away from the downtown and beach...not the case. It’s a good spot and I’d stay there again. "

"Great House in Rosemary
The vacation rental property of A&P Cottage was great. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the home and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The location within Rosemary was perfect for our family with quick access to the multiple pools, fitness center, amphitheater area, & restaurants/shops. The beach was an easy short walk away & even shorter bike ride. The beach access and distance wouldn’t be shorter unless you were beachside. The house was clean, organized, and well maintained. The property management was very quick to respond on any items or questions we inquired about. The property was as advertised and didn’t disappoint. We would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again for our next Rosemary trip."

"Nice Stay in Rosemary
We had a great stay in Rosemary at the A&P Cottage. We enjoyed the house, especially the third floor covered deck area where we had happy hour every night. We enjoyed the deck off of the kitchen for breakfast each morning. The only thing that was different was the master bath was a part of the master bedroom - there was not a door, just a curtain. Other than that the house worked great for us. Nice location off of the square. Four bikes were included with the rental which was a plus."

"Fantastic 30A Vacation
Just completed a weeklong vacation to our favorite beach vacation destination,Rosemary Beach. This time we chose the A&AP Cottage, which was a home run selection. With a great location just a few minutes away from the beach using one of bicycles provided for us, the A&P Cottage was everything we needed to complete our family vacation. And as an added plus, was very responsive and communicated with us regularly via text during our stay. We will only use for future 30A visits, and would consider ourselves lucky to secure the A&P Cottage once again. "

"Dated home with several issues...NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
Prior to check-in we were notified that the guest bathroom sink had a small drip and would be addressed. Maintenance stoped by 2x but the sink was still dripping when we checked out a week later.

The home itself is dated and in need of a refresh! We had two major issues that required several visits by maintenance to try to resolve:
(1) cloth dryer was not drying, took 3 visits / 3 days to resolve.
(2) DEAL BREAKER: strange knocking noise coming from the hall closet next to the master bedroom. My wife is a light sleeper and this issue kept her up several nights during our stay, got so bad one night she recorded the noise on her iPhone (which was forwarded to management). Management tried to fix the issue but could not be resolved during our stay. Unfortunately our requests to move us to another unit, so my wife could get some sleep during our vacation, could not be accommodated.

Would NOT RECOMMEND this property...continue looking at other home in the area!!!!"

Great location, great place. Need to figure out some kind of heat barrier on top floor, because none of us could enjoy, because it was 120+ degrees up there the whole time. "We loved this Cottage and love Rosemary Beach!!
This was about our 20th trip to Rosemary Beach and we have stayed in many different properties with a few different property managers and our stay here was by far the best!! went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent! They made check in super easy and even called us to check on us during our stay...that was a first!! Then they even call before we left to ask us for feedback...wow, I must say I was impressed. The property was immaculate and very well appointed and we loved the new TV and Sonos in the property and will now need to upgrade my equipment at home!! Thank you and please thank the owners for us! "Great week at Rosemary
We have been renting houses at RB for years. The experience with was very positive and A&P Cottage was a very nice house. The second floor living space was probably the most comfortable and spacious living room that we have seen at RB. Not that we watched much TV, but once my daughter figured out that the "cordless phone" in the charging stand next to the TV was actually the fancy TV remote control, we were able to get that going. The tower area was especially nice on the one afternoon when we got a few rain showers and we enjoyed the porch. The only downside is the master bedroom/bathroom combination. The tub and sink are basically open to the bedroom and the toilet and shower are just around a shutter wall. We would have preferred more separation...seems like a wall with a barn door or something could easily be added?

A & P Cottage was perfect for us! The location is close to the center of Rosemary- easy and quick walk. We liked the fact that the kitchen and family room are on the second floor- nice living space where you feel private and secluded. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Two balconies are lovely with ample seating- top balcony was nice for cocktails and relaxing. We had one rainy day in the week and we enjoyed the puzzles! We would definitely book this cottage again!"
