"Wonderful stay in downtown Rosemary Beach
It was a seamless experience from start to finish. The condo was very clean, stocked with essentials and even ready 2 hours earlier than we expected. It has beautiful finishes and comfortable furniture. We felt very at home during our vacation. We will definitely be renting it again! It is also in the perfect location in the heart of Rosemary Beach so you can walk anywhere you want to go. We loved having access to all the Rosemary Beach pools, 2 bikes and beach access to all Rosemary Beach access points. We 12/10 recommend! We stayed with our toddler and parents and it was more than big enough for our crew to be very comfortable!"

"Missing the third shower
Great location. Beautiful condo. Could have been cleaner (nightstands were sticky, bathrooom drawers were icky).
The reason I chose this property was because it was a 3/3. It was extremely frustrating when we arrived to find that the middle bathroom only had a tub with a sprayer. This made it really awkward to have to all share 2 showers. In addition, the sprayer leaks all over the floor. If I had know that this property didn’t actually have 3 full bathrooms I would have stayed elsewhere. "

"Family Getaway
This rental was beautiful with high ceilings, great windows and lighting, and beautiful decor. The location was right in the center of town about 2 blocks from the beach. The full kitchen came in handy for cooking dinner in with our family of 5. Very spacious. "

"Mercado Penthouse
Wonderful location. Excellent penthouse condo! The Rose at Mercado is expertly appointed with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your stay while at Rosemary. Conveniently located in the heart of Rosemary, we had easy access to everything. The unit was clean, well stocked, and had all the amenities you would expect of a 5 star penthouse.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, there was more than enough space for my wife and I. The master bedroom is huge and the ensuite bathroom equally spacious. The king mattress could use an update, but the linens and pillows were very luxurious!

The communication from the hosts anticipated our every move from check-in, while we were there to check up on us, and then when it was time to check out. Great communication and extremely responsive to any questions we had, like how to operate the elevator! LOL.

We stayed four nights and enjoyed every one! We would definitely book again."

"We loved it!
We just returned from a spring break trip at this condo and couldn't be happier with our experience! It was the perfect location, the property was clean and more spacious than the pictures online suggest. The only issue we had was the noise from the construction below us. There were several times throughout the day where the pounding and banging was loud and irritating. Not sure when the construction will be completed, but something to consider if you're going soon:). Otherwise, a fantastic stay!"

"Holiday Rental
The rental is in a fantastic location and it was very clean. However, we were unhappy with no door in the third bedroom. It was very noisy for our adult college students. And this was not mentioned in the description of the property. Moreover, there is no shower in the second bedroom with a queen. This made it difficult for the guest because she had to shower in another bathroom. There is only a bathtub in that room. The elevator is very difficult too. You get the hang of the code but it is very, very trickly. Parking is difficult for the second car because they have to find it on the street but at least it is safe parking. Lastly they only have a traditional coffee maker and we had to buy filters and new coffe. We use a keurig. With all that being said, we would still rent again. The location is unbeatable. "

"Beautiful Penthouse Condo!
We absolutely LOVED this condo, it is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, spacious, and it has a corner wrap around porch that is the perfect spot for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We were here for a wedding at the Town Center and this condo is just across the street. Wonderful location and the parking spot was spacious as well!! "

"Relaxing Stay, Fantastic Location
My family of 6 had a wonderful stay at the Rose at Mercado. It was the perfect fit for us. The property is well maintained and has all of the amenities we were looking for, except a shower in the queen bedroom-there is only a tub. We spent early mornings and late evenings on the deck. We absolutely loved the location. We were a short walk from the beach, the shops and restaurants (our favorite being La Crema). Having elevator access was fantastic! Any questions we had were immediately answered and we appreciated the Hospitality app and the email reminders with important info. We look forward to our next trip to Rosemary and would absolutely stay here again!"

"Great first time rental in Rosemary Beach
I was really unsure about the location, having never been to Rosemary Beach. I couldn't figure out what we were getting ourselves into. We were very pleasantly surprised. The condo itself was so cute and nicely appointed. It was much roomier than it looks in the pictures. We had everything we needed. the little room that has the twin beds is super cute and was fine for us. I brought 4 teenage girls, and they just loved it. My husband and I both had to do some work remotely and that worked out fine because the Wi-Fi was good and the condo is so quiet. The location is fantastic. We loved being right over the shops and it was such a quick walk to the beach. Even when we forgot whatever random thing it was that day our walk back from the beach wasn't a pain at all. The only thing that we didn't just love was the balcony is over a restaurant and the dumpster for the building. That didn't always smell particularly delightful, but everything else was so great we just spent time out there when it wasn't smelly. The property management company was super responsive and helpful. The amenities are fantastic, and we used the workout facility, most of the pools and of course the beach. We loved it and absolutely recommend it."

"Very nice but don't know that I would rent again for family of 5
We enjoyed our stay at the condo very much, but like anything, there were positives and negatives. Being so close to the center of town had many advantages: close to beach, restaurants and pools. However, being above a restaurant meant we heard the dumpster being emptied at 7:30AM on multiple days, and the noise from 30A below us was consistent. The two main bedrooms were very nice, but the third bedroom with twin beds was lacking and felt like an afterthought. It was extremely cramped with no natural light, no dresser, or even a real closet (it was a utility closet with a rack in it). Also, the twin mattresses were not comfortable and you could also hear water rushing through the pipes in the ceiling above at night. I felt that for the high rental rate, the queen bedroom's bathroom should have a shower, not just a tub. I would describe this rental as a two bedroom with a small bunk area. Some other positives: the kitchen was very well appointed and the tv and soundbar were top notch for listening to music or watching tv. Loved our stay, but the third bedroom was a downer. "
