With four bedrooms spread out over three elegant levels, Benoit Cottage boasts a stunning, artistic style and a premier location. Guests will enjoy access to all that Rosemary Beach has to offer— including effortless access to the sugary white beach, four glittering pools, eight tennis courts, and a bustling town center— while maintaining a feeling of privacy and seclusion.

The beauty of Benoit Cottage begins in the soaring great room. The multistory vaulted ceiling is finished with natural cypress and highlights the floor-to-ceiling windows and tiled fireplace perfectly. A cream-colored sofa and neutral armchairs surround the unique carved wood coffee table and provide plenty of comfy space for everyone to relax and socialize. Glass doors lead outside to the sunny terrace.

A striking, curved tile wall leads into the sleek and modern kitchen. Dark cabinets and a glossy lime green storage area surround the suite of stainless steel appliances— including a SubZero refrigerator, double Wolf ovens, and a gas range. There’s seating for eight at the dining table, as well as three bar stools at the glass bar on the island.

A custom iron railing leads you downstairs to where three peaceful and private sleeping spaces await. The first is the primary bedroom suite— located at the end of the hallway and complete with a sumptuous king-size bed and attached bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom on this level is a bunk room with two built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, while a third bedroom features a queen-size, four-poster bed. An additional full bathroom with a tub/shower combo can be accessed from the hallway. There is also a laundry nook on this floor with a high-efficiency washer and dryer.

If you follow the stairs up to the top floor, you’ll find a lofted sleeping space with a king-size bed. This flexible area also includes a cozy living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, large HDTV, and built-in bookshelves. The ensuite bathroom in the loft has a walk-in, glass-enclosed shower. This comfortable loft hideaway is concealed from the lower floor by a pair of heavy drapes.

Benoit Cottage has three sun-kissed porches— one on the lower level and two on the main level— to soak up the bright Rosemary Beach sunshine. When you’re ready to explore this endlessly delightful community, there are so many things to do. "Disappointed
The house was fine but not worth the money. The Loft upstairs is totally open, so it's really just 3 bedrooms, only one of which has en-suite bathroom. The renovation is funky and odd, and the ice maker does not work at all. Finally, the PARKING SITUATION is TERRIBLE. There is a garage but a large SUV (I have a volvo XC90) cannot fit through the old barnstyle garage doors. I called the management company about this, and they recommended that I park in the pad in front of the garage, and specifically told me I did not need a parking pass to park there. I ended up getting a ticket. The ticket was only $56, but out of principle, I asked for this amount to be credited to my account. I contacted the management company 4-5 times about this. Each time I was told a manager would call me back, but no one ever did. I would not recommend renting anything from this management company. "

"30A...40+...5 stars!
Girl's trip 2023 was a success! The location of the house is PERFECT. You can see the ocean and it's an easy walk. Then all the amazing restuarants and shops are a super quick walk or bike ride away. It was great to not have to rent a car or drive anywhere. The house was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. I've stayed at this house twice now with my family and this trip with my friends...can't want to come back! "

"Wonderful stay!
We had a lovely stay at Benoit Cottage. The property was wonderful, had everything we needed (beautiful kitchen!). Distance from the beach as well as the Rosemary town square was amazing, and perfect for our 3 year old twins. The only thing to note is the garage is quite small and would not accommodate our SUV, but we easily found street parking and used the parking pass with no issues. We would definitely rent here again!"

"Wonderful stay
My family and my friend's family had the best time at Benoit Cottage. House was super clean and well stocked (the open kitchen was wonderful and fun to cook with a large group). The layout of the house makes it so easy for two families of 9 to hang out together and yet have some separate space. The lights are all marked so that is appreciated. I loved that they provided a highchair. There is an outdoor shower (with heated water) and so many hooks right outside the door to hang up wet beach gear/clothes). The location is prime. Beach access walkway is literally 2 minute down and the pool is 4-5 minute walk (even quicker with a bike). Parking wasn't a problem on the streets but that also could be the timing of the season. 30A group was wonderful and very quick to respond. Our kids can't stop talking about their stay--already thinking about how to come back sooner rather than later. "

"Great House, Terrible Parking
The house is lovely, with a great location and setup for a family. However, renter beware, the parking is a scandal. The garage is barely large enough for a Cooper mini, and they count it as one of your parking spots. Also, there is little if no street parking close to the home. "

"Our week at the beach
We loved the location of the home. It was just steps from the beach which was great. The furniture is a little tired and we think the carpet on the stairs could use a good cleaning. We thought the home was very quiet which made sleeping delightful. The kitchen paraphernalia, pots, pans, small appliances, and utensils are not commensurate with the price of the home. The check-out e-mail needs to be sent at least 24 hours prior to departure. We received ours after we had already checked out."

"Beautiful and Functional
The Benoit Cottage really exceeded my expectations. The location was merely steps to the town square and the beach at walkover F, as well as an easy and short walk to the Coquina Pool. This house was a rare blend of artistically beautiful but also incredibly functional with a clear focus on making things as convenient as possible for guests (convenience highlights for me were: (1) tons of hooks outside and in the secondary bath downstairs for wet gear and keeping beach and kids items organized, (2) labeled lighting system with added capabilities such as “goodbye” to turn off all lights upon leaving). Although our kids didn’t spend much time up in the loft as we were away from the house most of the time, it would’ve made a nice playroom or area for them to hang out away from the adults on a stormy day or at night to get set up with their own movie (side note one day I had to take a video call in the loft while my husband was on his own call downstairs and noticed there were some very heavy black out style curtains that I shut which did a great job at muffling the noise from the main floor and I feel would’ve absolutely given the loft privacy from the living space below if we needed to use the loft as a bedroom.) We are already thinking about when we can come back."

"Fabulous House in a Fabulous Location
Our family spent a week in March at Benoit Cottage. We loved the location and the home had everything we needed. The kitchen was better equipped than other homes that we have stayed in and I especially liked that every light switch was labeled. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to be able to work and play. The property was very clean and well-maintained and close to all the restaurants. We enjoyed dinner at La Crema, pizzas from Cowboy Kitchen and a field trip to Seagrove Village Market Cafe for friend shrimp. Although not a complaint per se, the garage parking presented some issues. It is very small and takes creativity and carefulness to park an Audi Q7 but the real problem came when folks in the Carriage House proceeded to park in the driveway and block the garage so we ended up not being able to park there after we left the house for the field trip noted above. There was plenty of street parking so we just decided to go with that. We also had an issue with noise on our last night (high school boys across the street blaring stereo so loudly from upper level porch that it was like it was in our bedroom located at the back of house on bottom floor) and would have like to have known how to deal with it beyond calling the sheriff (not bad enough for a sheriff call). Finally, although we got into the property early, the 5:00 check in time gave us some pause and may have influenced our home choice if it was busy summer time rather than a sleepy beginning of spring break. But beyond those issues (which aren't really issues), we had a fantastic stay and would definitely rent this house again."

"Fabulous house
We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. It was the perfect location and had everything we could have asked for. The Only thing I would recommend is adding a small first aid kit.
