"Great little spot for a couple to stay!
Benoit Carriage house is the perfect location for a Rosemary Beach stay! Very close to the beach, loved having the bikes included in our rental. The house was clean and well stocked - very bright and open. The garage is super small - just a heads up for anyone with a large SUV. We ended up just parking on the street the whole time. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great Location!
The place was clean and inviting with the light coming in the beautiful windows. My daughter loved the built-in bed! We did find the bathroom pretty small for the three of us, but it wasn’t a huge deal. The best thing was the location - steps to the beach and town. We loved sitting out in the balcony in the mornings and at sunset. Management was quick to respond and very helpful! We had a great time!!"

"A Jewel Box with a View
A truly fabulous cottage with stunning views of the ocean! You cannot beat the location of this carriage house. We stayed there with our two teenage sons and found it to be very comfortable. The staff was wonderful and the architecture was exquisite. I would highly recommend this to the most discerning traveler. We hope to stay there again on our return.!"

We absolutely loved our stay at the Carriage House. It was perfectly located. Close to the beach but also close to the center of the little village. It was quiet and beautifully decorated. The whole place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had was the bathtub. It didn’t hold water. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Perfect couples getaway - we will be back!
The place is in an excellent location, a 5 minute walk from the beach, not much longer to restaurants and shops.
It was very clean and I loved the decor.
We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, that is, with cookware etc. needed to prepare a delicious dinner for 2.
The management team was extremely responsive and accommodating, bringing extra towels when requested.

"Fabulous Location
We had a wonderful time staying at Benoit Carriage House. It was three of us (husband, wife, teen son), and we had just enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The location is almost unbeatable. In the middle of summer, we had no trouble accessing any amenities, the beach, or the town's main street. It was a great stay, and we look forward to booking this carriage house again! "

"Benoit Carriage House Review
We enjoyed our stay @ Benoit Carriage House. We loved the location and layout of the carriage house.

We did notice a few things that could use some repairs. The Roman shade on the french doors is not working properly. The beaded string appears to be broken. So, it’s difficult to open and close the shade. Also, the entrance door lock operation was difficult. You have to pull and push on the door to be able to lock from the interior.

The rug in the living room needs to be shampooed. It’s very stained and/or dirty. Also, the refrigerator was dirty upon arrival. Could use a deep clean.

"Location, Location, Location
Our stay in the Benoit Carriage house was an overall positive experience. The Carriage House is perfect for two people..I can't imagine staying here with more than two. The only "negatives" were that the bathroom is outdated and not much storage room or countertops to get ready for dinners. When we arrived there were still clothes in the dresser drawers (not a huge deal), but when I reached out to someone from the rental company they never answered what to do with the. Asked twice and the only response back was "Please allow me a moment to ask..." and never heard back from them again. Also, we had people who were staying in the big house arrive and walked in to the Carriage House and they seemed very surprised that people were staying there! "

"Great Experience! We will be back...
We had a great time in this cozy carriage house. It is a stone's throw from the beach AND the down town area where there are great restaurants and shops. The inside of the space is spacious and just enough for 2 people. You could make it work with 4 if someone crashed on the couch and on the twin bed located under the stairs. We loved it!
We had some cars parked in our spots when we first arrived and security was ON IT getting them to move their cars.
The texts messages from management was super helpful and easy to get questions answered without any hassle. Any phone calls we made were normally not answered but were returned right away and the staff was very pleasant and helpful!
The vibe and feel of the neighborhood is extremely unique and we will definitely be back! "
