"Great location and well appointed kitchen. Plenty of room.
We stayed here from October 16–18 and absolutely loved it! Our group rented three other homes in Rosemary Beach for a men’s business retreat, and this one quickly became a favorite. It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and felt like home the moment we walked in. The layout was perfect for relaxing after meetings, and the location couldn’t have been better. "Run down and dirty
The home was dirty upon arrival. Sand in master bed, stains on kitchen floor and crumbs on counter tops. The master shower was stopped up and disgusting. They were unable to fix it while we were there so we had to share a bathroom with one of our children. After several conversations with the rental company they refunded me for one fourth of one nights rent. Truly disappointed with the home and the rental company."

Really love working with once again. They go above and beyond. They are very responsive to any issues and stay in touch with you through the process via text, which is very convenient. We had a couple of things that needed attention and they took care of them all in no time. Checkin and Check out is a breeze and the house was ready to go early this time too. "harper cottage almost right
This was our second year staying at Harper Cottage, this year we stayed longer. Overall the house fits our family really well, I would suggest they have the house better equipped...if we were to stay a week again I think we may look at other options. We have stayed at several rentals on family vacations and this one is one that has the fewest what I would call basics. I would suggest more paper towels, at the very least a spray cleaner for the counters...there are zero cleaning products...beach toys and towels, loungers by pool, matches or a lighter for birthday candles, more glasses and serving dishes. The flickering lights without enough window coverings kept two people in our group awake and when traveling with small children you need window treatments that keep the rooms darker early in the morning. We did more cooking this year and we were constantly doing dishes just to keep up. It's a small thing but the hair dryer in my room is falling apart and got really hot....I mean at least put decent hair dryers in the rooms. We wanted to keep up with keeping everything really clean but I don't think as guests we should have to buy cleaning supplies...have never needed to do so anywhere and as I mentioned we have stayed at many rentals over the last several years. Most places have a personal note, nice bottle of wine and some other local treats...not a big deal to me but a nice touch. The bikes had issues with the tires and the wagon is falling apart too. I guess as I write this as much as we love the space and location we will look at other options next visit. I don't think it would take that much to have this be a place a family like ours would come back to every year!"

"Beautiful Home, Great Location!
Our stay at Harper's Cottage was great! Photos are accurate. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk everywhere, yet on a quiet street. Our only complaints were that the kitchen is lacking some bar essentials (shaker, jigger, etc) but we made due with what we could find, and there are no chaise lounge chairs by the pool; it's not easy to sun by the pool in a club chair. I would recommend this home, but would definitely encourage the owners to add some lounge chairs to the pool area. "

"Beautiful Property in Central Location-KID Friendly
We had 4 & 2 yr olds with us, property is nicely layed out for kids. Construction, design all top quality. Bedding was sparse, no extra anything. Kitchen was poorly equiped, all cookware was old, dirty, glasses were dirty, Rug was filthy. Front door didn't latch to lock, asked for repair, never came. "Loved This House!!!
After years of staying in WaterColor, WaterSound and Rosemary, is our FAVORITE House! Very Very Clean, Neat and simple Decor, Kitchen was very organized and not over packed with multiple sets of dishes, etc., beds were very comfortable, carriage house was perfect for our teenager, the new swings installed at the pool were heaven, and the location was perfectly quiet but we walked/biked everywhere. One important feature for covid concerns was the outside grill was top notch and used often. We actually are buying one for our home as we loved it so much. MOST IMPORTANTLY IN THE REVIEW - we smelled gas one day and the Service immediately sent over someone to fix. The Rental Company was and absolute joy to work with so Thank You!! "

We had a large group stay at the Harper House and Cottage - it was fantastic! The house was extremely clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The rental company was easy to communicate with and even came over to assist with a pool alarm issue! We were very pleased with our stay. "Brandtbunch Bruner cottage stay
We loved our stay in the Bruner cottage. Last minute and Chris at 30A luxury along with the entire team got us in and are the reason we had another beautiful week in Rosemary. Thank you!!! Home was gorgeous, clean, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Right next to the cabana pool & playground which the kids loved. We used both main cottage and carriage house. Plenty of space for both families to enjoy. Any extra needs were met immediately and we had no issues during our stay. The Bruner cottage is a quick bike ride to the beach and a few mins walk. The kids went back and forth easily. Our first time staying on the north side and I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet & convenient it was. Our favorite cottage stay so far. Thank you 30A luxury! We will be back soon:) "
