Sweet Magnolia is ideal for those who like to enjoy the city and be close to the water. Walk 1 short block and you’re at the water, fishing pier, and downtown. Rockport is not only known for excellent fishing, but the Downtown District is known for wonderful shopping, art galleries, restaurants, bars, and entertainment to make your vacation memorable. 1 Mile drive to Rockport Beach, Maritime Museum, and Rockport Art Center. Fulton Pier is less than 15 minutes away.
Sweet Magnolia is perfect for small families, a couple’s getaway, a fishing trip, or a fun trip with friends. Imagine sitting on the large screened-in front porch, catching the bay breeze and relaxing on the hanging bed.
The outdoor spaces are beautifully landscaped with a private fenced backyard and a 9’ Dipping Pool with a sanitizing filtration system. It’s not just for kids to enjoy! The water is shallow, but it’s great for taking a dip and sipping your favorite beverage. You can rinse off your sandy toes in the outdoor Surfboard Shower. We also provide a charcoal grill. Our long driveway has a covered carport that can easily accommodate your car, boat, or trailer for those early morning fishing trips.
Sweet Magnolia boasts an open floorplan with a large kitchen and everything you could possibly need to serve drinks and appetizers or cook a full meal. The dining area has seating for 6 at the table; the living area has a Smart TV for streaming all your favorite shows, and the 3 bedrooms are ready for a great night’s sleep. 1 Queen Bedroom, 2 Twin Bed in Guest Room, and the cozy private 3rd bedroom located in the bunkroom, just a few steps out the back door.
There is a full-size washer and dryer. We provide sheets, blankets, pillows, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, makeup towels, trash bags, hair dryer, and iron with ironing board.
