This amazing stilt home is brand new and ready for you! Downstairs is a private pool, multiple sitting areas, bar, TV, grill and half bath. You could spend the day with family cooking, swimming and watching your favorite sporting event. Upstairs is an open living room/ kitchen/ dining area. The master bedroom has a King size bed and an ensuite bath. The two guest bedrooms just down the hall share the second bath. The first bedroom has a Queen size bed and the second bedroom two sets of twin size bunk beds. Located downtown it is easy to take a walk to the waterfront, marina, shops and restaurants.
