Cute cottage in the heart of Rockport. Located just a short walk to the city pier, Rockport Beach and the City Festival Grounds. This quaint cottage has a Queen size bed and a Full bathroom with a tub/ Shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini- fridge. Coffee cups, linens and towels are provided. This is the perfect place to stay when enjoying an exciting fishing trip, Romantic getaway or just some time at the beach. This cottage is also pet friendly, has a Community BBQ area and fast speed Wifi.

"Cozy Cottage Close to Everything
The cottage was plenty of space for 2 adults and our dog. It was clean and nicely decorated. We didn't have any issues while staying here. Staff provided all the info to check in the day of.the only thing I didn't love was that there's no window to see the parking lot so you can't see your car if needed. There is a window that faces the other side. It was nice to be able to quickly walk outside for my dog to take care of business. Lots of grassy areas available which was great. This was in a good spot too, close to the beach area, bars, shops, etc. "

"Without a hitch
Had a great time in Rockport. This location is walking distance to the park and it all has a slow pace to the town. All you need is within minutes away. The apartment, I called it, was clean and it was all you need to spend the night.
One issue I had was the buffering of the WiFi on the tv. Not the end of the world mind you but when you turn on and start watching, you hope to not have the signal die every five minutes. Technology is what it is.
I felt very safe with the police department and city hall next door.
The fact that we were part of a church setting also made me feel comfortable. Only form of command when we got there an email gave us the code and all the details for the stay. Which was fine with me."

"Rockport TX Stay
Very nice and comfortable cottage. The grounds are keep up nice, plenty of coffee, creamers, cups, towels. Room was clean, I mean clean. My only issues is the creaky bed frame every time I got up or got in and black out blinds would be a plus. "

Went for a short trip and had a great time. The location of the cottage was close to the Rockport Market Days. Pet friendly,enough towels, great water pressure,and surprised of the history of the location. Good photo opps in the backyard and beautiful Magnolia tree. "Spring Break
Overall, I would say the rental was good! Clean room upon entry, fresh towels, provided dishes for eating (never had a chance to use), coffee maker (also never used), shower pressure was fantastic, mini fridge for food and drink, quiet for the most part except neighbors who were in out of their cars every 30 seconds for spring break! The only issue I had was the bed! Spring mattresses are fine, if you’re in your 20’s and younger! For the rest of us, not so comfortable and ended up tweaking my back on second! Also, if you have plans to use their internet while there, don’t! I was hardly there most of the time each day so I didn’t need it anyways, but internet is used by multiple people, slow, and drops a lot! Still a good place for peace and quiet, and clean, which is important!"

"Charming Cottage in Rockport!
We found this property online and were able to book for a short vacation, but had to cancel due to illness. Nina was so helpful in rescheduling us, for which we were so grateful! The cottage was really lovely, clean, and comfortable--just perfect for our needs for an overnight stay and central to everything we wanted to see and do in Rockport. I would highly recommend!!!"

This little cabin is perfect for a quick get away. All the basics are offered, it is clean and well stocked. Many things in walking distance and the grounds are well kept. I was able to take my pet which was the biggest bonus. Contact was quick to respond with the couple of questions I had."

Everything was great except for the mattress which was placed over a board that creaked all night when we moved. The tub was slippery. We bought a mat to keep us from falling. When these issues are changed, I will recommend this property, but not until then."

"Nice but had a major glitch
Cottage was comfortable and clean, however, we had an issue with our door lock the minute we arrived. Someone was sent out to repair while we went to dinner but had to take our valuables with us. Lock did not work again the next morning, but no one ever returned to repair. Was very disappointed because I couldn’t leave the room until later that day when a friend that lived nearby came to get our valuable items until lock was repaired. But no one ever returned. I"

"Great overnight stay
I needed a place not far from Corpus to stay due to an event I was attending. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to visit the beach, but wanted to be close in case I wanted a quick walk in the sand. This was a great location and perfect size for two people. The bed is my only complaint, but because I am not used to a spring bed and this one was on the thinner side. Didn't sleep great, but I would definitely stay again. Great communication with the owner and overall very pleased."
