"Wonderful villa for my family
This villa right on the beach was perfect for a low-key family vacation. We could go back and forth between the beach and the pool. Then we could come back to the villa and enjoy the AC and a shower to rinse off all of the sand. The villa was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms were in good condition. I would highly recommend!"

"Absolute Nightmare
This vacation rental experience was hideous and awful. The comdo is nice, furnishings are nice, it was clean and the location was pretty. The problem was the maintenance. There were painters on the patio the entire time we stayed making it almost completely unusable for us. They had all the fixtures torn apart and the patio was a disaster. There was almost no privacy. We wouldn’t have booked if we knew there would be major renovations going on. The worst part though was the plumbing. The first day we were there the sinks downstairs stopped draining and then began overflowing - there was an inch of grey water throughout the entire apartment. We called Oceano rentals who are the property managers and they sent someone to fix it. He checked things and came and left a few times and then told us it would be okay in a couple hours because the complex’s drainage pump had been off so everything was full. The next morning we had the same problem - flooding through the apartment. So we called again. This time maintenance didn’t show up until late afternoon.... He worked on the kitchen sink for a while not realizing that the bathroom sink was still overflowing so once again we had to clean up grey water throughout the entire apartment. Then he decided to try using a shop vac set in reverse to blow air through the drainage lines.... This resulted in grey water blowing out of the bathroom sinks both downstairs and upstairs. The entire bathrooms and most of our toiletries were covered in grey water and little bits of scum from the pipes. He then decided he wasn’t going to be able to fix it and had better just leave. So by the end of our 3 night stay we had only been able to shower once each on the night we arrived. Three days of no showers no sink water for washing dishes. We washed dishes in buckets like camping style. I addresses this upon checkout and the staff promised to talk with management to make it right. They never followed up. Now theyre ig"

We loved the condo and the amenities especially the peace sign made in sea shells right below our spot the weather was perfect and the Pelicans and dolphins were there to keep us company. "A Sunny Trip
We had a delightful stay at this townhouse. We were a party of four and had ample room. We went out the back door, and we were on the beach! It was a quiet and gorgeous setting. One day we went on a ten mile beach walk, and we passed a total of five people, on a sunny July day! Plenty so seashells to collect, and close enough to go into town for a bite to eat. There was a pool, but we didn't use it. It was cleaned daily, and there were other visitors using it. Our a/c unit was a bit temperamental. Sometimes it worked great, and other times not so great, but the temperature inside never went above 76, and it was in the mid-90's outdoors. I would stay here again! Very nice!"

Ants, ants, and more ants. Not all lights worked. Sliding screen didn't work, which meant lots of flies if we wanted to hear the ocean. First night the maintenance guy wanted to hammer some things when it was time for the babies to go to bed."

"Paradise Villas
I have stayed on this property many times in several different units. Its nice that this unit has a single bed down stairs however there is NO HAND RAILING for the 12 or so stairs that are all tile with a concrete block wall at the end. VERY VERY SCARY!!! This place always very clean however this specific unit needs some freshening up!!! NOTE TO OWNERS: paint, put up a hand rail and you will have a more renters! "

Simply Excellent, me and family have last 7 years enjoing our vacation period at Rocky point at Villas Paradise, this time my grandaugther was part of this nice and great relax period. just a comment ,it is not belong to the facility it self, I am talking about the asphalt road to previos to get dirty road is in really bad conditions, I know belong to a State or City but will be great some repairs.
