Vista de las Olas Main House is a beautiful, large home located on a quiet cul-de-sac just one lot above the beach level in Las Conchas. It offers stunning views from both the deck and upper deck—sunsets are truly spectacular.
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
This home features four queen bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a full bathroom with two toilets and one shower. The bathroom is accessible from both bedrooms, with interior locks for privacy. The second bathroom is located in the hallway near Bedroom 3, which also features a private deck with ocean views. Bedroom 4 is at the back of the house, providing added privacy.
LIVING AND DINING AREAS
The spacious great room is perfect for gathering, with plenty of seating and ocean views. The dining area includes a large table that seats 10, ideal for shared meals and conversation.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, a microwave, blender, and fully stocked cabinets with glassware and dinnerware. A large island-style bar with stools offers additional space for dining or socializing.
ENTERTAINMENT
The home offers satellite TV and a DVD/VCR for entertainment in the main living space.
OUTDOOR SPACES
An enclosed back patio area includes a fireplace, a charcoal grill, and a gas grill—great for evening cookouts. The beach is just steps away with easy access next to the property. Both the main and upper decks offer spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez.
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS
If you need more space, the entire complex can be rented, which adds two separate suites. Each suite features a queen bedroom, sitting area, snack bar, small refrigerator, appliances, satellite TV, and a private bathroom.

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.
