"Home on the beach!
Home had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect size for the 6 of us. The beach was right outside the door with fine sand and absolutely gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Heaven! The rental company was very attentive, Pauli a checked in before our arrival to see if any questions, Ricardo sent us info on services and activities available. Their team made the whole experience relaxed and we felt totally prepared. It was an amazing trip!"

"Pretty good stay
All good except maids forgot to leave towels in all bathrooms! I stopped by office to request towels and it took 2 days to get our towels! Unit was clean and well maintained "

"Country Fest stay
The house was great, very nice rental. the only problem was when I booked it I asked the young lady at Oceano rentals if it was within walking didtance to Mannys, she said yes, I later found out it was 2 miles away and we had to drive back and forth. If I was just going there on Vacation I would strongly reccomend this house.

"Fantastic condo!
I love this location! Condo had great amenities and was so cute! I loved that it had a gas grill and superior patio furniture. The tide pools had great treasures to be found. WiFi and TV was nice at night for every to wind down. 100% I will stay there again."

"Relaxing vacation with the family
The entire family (including extended family nearby us) had a wonderful time relaxing by the beach, going for walks and having all the children play together there. The accommodations had been recently renovated and were beautiful, comfortable and very welcoming. We had everything we needed. It simplified our family vacation so much, being able to stay directly on the beach vs hauling all the snacks and beach toys and shade umbrellas etc.
Everything in our rental was clean and worked. Reservation management at (Property Management) has always been courteous, very responsive and professional. I highly recommend them!"

"Las Olas l/Puerto Penasco
We were with two other couples who we have vacationed with many times. We were looking for an ocean front property with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Las Olas fit the requirements so we booked our trip. when we arrived we were very pleased to find the accommodations were as advertised. The condo was large enough for us to be comfortable without getting lost. We enjoyed a very pleasant 5 days in wonderful Las Conchas."

"Disappointed
The property was as described. Very nice inside and had the amenities described. The problem was there was construction going on next door, less than 10 feet away, and they started at 7:15 am with tools and loud radio. We were not able to sleep past 7:15 am nor could we go out on the patio and have a quiet cup of morning coffee.
Went to the office the first day it happened, and the office assured us they would take care of the problem. Nothing changed over the next 3 days. When leaving and checking out at the office I again informed them that nothing changed with construction and radio noise after they had spoken to them. I believe it was the office manager I spoke with when leaving and he stated he would talk to the owner of the property about a possible refund of some sort. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard back from the company.

"We love this place
This is our second time staying here and it was great again. What we would like to suggest is better pest control . The room closest to the driveway had lots of ants, and spiders. The ants were carrying roaches up the tile wall.
Another thing my Aunt and cousin fell outside on the wet slippery tile stairs on her way to the beach. She wasn’t running . Please add something to those tile stairs to avoid slipping. They are way too slippery . We rented two houses this year and the tile in the other house is also extremely slippery. I also fell there. A total of 3 people fell this past weekend."
