TWO GUARD GATES WITH 24 HOUR SECURITY. 160 PACES TO THE BEACH AND WALKING DISTANCE TO BARS AND RESTAURANT! This home was designed to accommodate 10 guests comfortably, but 2 additional guests can be added for an extra fee of $150 each. The community is gated so all guests require a wristband.
The house has four incredible decks, all with Ocean Views. Steps from the beach. Private pool and jacuzzi. The community also has a large pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, bocci ball and pickle ball. Live music, bars and restaurants a short walk away. This is THE BEST house in Rocky Point!
The guests will have access to the entire home, private pool and jacuzzi. Please note that garage access is not available as reserved for the owners. Pets allowed with $50 per pet fee.

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.
