"Not what we expected!
I love staying at Las Palmas resort everytime im in Peñasco. But this time the condo that we reserved was not up to standards. First the towels were all stained, the bed comforters were riped, the kitchen equipment was all worn out hard too cook. When we wanted to enjoy the beautiful view we had from the balcony we couldnt all the chairs were ripped."

"June vacation stay
I want to start off with saying our entire interaction has been 100 percent great. They are so accommodating, great hosts and very friendly. Using Oceano has been the best choice for us. We had a beach day and all we had to do was show up. The team had everything ready for us, tent assembled, chairs, ice chest, towels. Such an awesome accommodation. I will definitely use them again and will definitely recommend. "

"Great place
We loved our experience at Buena Vida. The place was very clean and well maintened. A lot of room, love the balcony, the kitchen, I love that I was able to cook our meals there. We had a great time.
I do think there is space for improvements. For example changing the pots and pans. They are very old and scratch, some steeling steel pans would be better. Also it would be helpful to have beach towels available to take to the beach. The bathtub/Jacuzzi is great but it does need a little bit of clean up.
There was an incident while we were there; a pipe broke and they came to tape. I just hope the fix and change the pipe and also fix the water damage. Overall our experience was great, we love staying there as a first time in Puerto Peñasco."

"Lovely stay!
My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo. The resort itself is clean, with beautiful pools and friendly. staff! The condo was well furnished and the kitchen while stocked with every item you might need. It was a quiet resort and we felt a very safe there. We will definitely be back again!"

"Condo was great and Ricardo from (Property Management) was very helpful
We stayed here from 12/28 to 1/2. It was great! The view is unbelievable. The unit was just perfect for four of us. This is a very nice resort. Within walking distance there are several restaurants, pharmacy, sand rigs for rent etc... Ricardo from (Property Management) was very helpful. He set us up with a whale watching trip for 9 of us that was fantastic. "

This property has a great view and is nicely decorated. However, many improvements need to be made. There is an unpleasant smell in the unit (musty + sewer-ish). No laundry products were available for use and the washer & dryer need to be replaced. Items for guest comfort such as extra blankets were not available. With some updates, the property could be quite enjoyable. "

"Numerous repairs are needed and amenities as advertised are not a
This unit should not be repaired until:
1. AC unit adequately cool areas of the Kitchen and 2nd Bedroom
2. AC unit for master does not freeze up or condense leaving the entry with closet area between bed and bath flooded (big liability issues as I almost slipped and fell).
3. Fix weather stripping at sliding doors balcony and entry door, as this likely contributed to AC water dripping in master area
4. Clean washer, dryer and laundry sink so they can be used to clean laundry
5. Provide WiFi credentials or remove from amenity listing
6. Ensure Cable/Satellite TV signals work, as only the DVD player functioned in master
7. Fix Bath plug in order to use as a bath and jacuzzi jets in master
8. Resolve slow drain in bath/shower
9. Remove rusted chairs and broken seat of lounge furniture on patio
10. Several power outlets throughout the unit were inoperative or inadequate to charge phones

Fixed first day:
1. Sort of fixed the AC in kitchen and second bath was improved, but not entirely cooling to set temperature. Although, then the water leak flooding the master area of the only AC unit cooling to set temperature was a big problem.
2. Aerator on second bath was stripped/cracked and would not remain on the faucet appeared to be fixed

General comments:
A. Furniture was old and worn
B. VCR did not seat flush into wall unit and was in the way walking to balcony
C. Numerous remotes to TVs, DVDs, VCRs, and Cale signal boxes that did not match and most with dead batteries

"Poor Communication/Responsiveness
In full transparency, we were not impressed with our recent experience and would rate it as a 2.

Our main concern/issue was communication. The overall check in process was messy as we were originally told we had to check in at your office location. When we arrived there we were told we could have checked in at the resort. We were given the wrong unit number at your office as well as found out that we still had to check in at the resort.

After finally getting checked in and to the unit, we discovered there was no type of welcome package or anything to guide us with the WI-FI or TV or anything. We attempted your office; however you were closed. We attempted the resort to see if they could assist and they advised we had to reach to owner. We attempted the owner and he was unresponsive. We attempted your emergency number per the resort recommendation and we talked to someone about our issues. Nobody followed up and nothing was resolved our first day. We called your office back the next day and you had sent somebody out to fix the TV issue, but when we returned from breakfast the same issues continued.

We were not going to continue to spend our vacation time in dealing with it all so we gave up on communicating back.

Very disappointing experience. "
