"Perfect Airbnb Stay on the North shore - amazing sunsets!!
My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary trip to Kauai. First time here! Perfect location for us and all the activities we wanted to do. Amazing sunsets while sitting on the deck!
We own an Airbnb back in PA where we are from, and all I can say is this place was spotless and organized perfectly. I am very picky about this and if you are the same, you won't be disappointed. Master bed was comfortable - we slept well after doing the 8 mile hike on Kalalau trail! Would be the perfect place for a family to stay with the upstairs bedroom and bath for kids. Closet was full of beach supplies, anything you'd need for a day at one of the nearby beaches. Not sure we will travel back to Hawaii from the East Coast anytime soon, but I would choose to stay here again anytime! Oh, and the pool and hot tub were a plus - we didn't use it much, but it was a nice amenity. "

"Awesome Stay at Kauai
The apartment was amazing and seriously had everything you may need.
We enjoyed many hours on the balcony watching wales and soaking in the sun set.
We'd go again in a second and could have easily spent more time here.

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean, updated and very comfortable. View was great. Couple minor maintenance issues but nothing that affected our stay.
Only drawback was thumping car stereos when folks pulled in to get to units at the end of the street. Not a deal killer, just annoying."

"Great location and beautiful condo
The condo and the location couldn’t be better! We walked to three different beaches easily. The sunsets were amazing! We loved how close it was to Hanalei. It took us a few days to figure out the AC. They are portable units and very loud. We would close the bedroom and bathroom doors before we went to bed to cool off the room then just put on the AC fan for the night. The bedrooms stayed cool all night. We really appreciated the beach gear, chairs, and boogie boards! We used them every day. We loved our time on Kauai! "

"Perfect Vacation in a perfect location!
What can I say? Absolute perfection from the moment we walked in.
Three portable air conditioners... However, we only use them a couple of times and seriously use the fans. But a wonderful convenience to have.
Decor was very tastefully done, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Spent many wonderful mornings and evenings, watching the sunrise over Hanalei Bay and the sunset over the ocean. Our son and his family were with us for a few days and he surfed almost every day he was there and we spent several wonderful trips down to hideaways beach. Highly highly recommend this condo."

"Amazing Condo in Princeville!
My wife, my two daughters (9&10) and myself had the chance to stay in the condo for 4 of the most amazing days. Check in was easy, the condo was clean and ready for us, and the views were breath taking! The location was perfect, we took day trips to Anini Beach just a few minutes away for snorkeling and saw turtles every time! We also took a day trip to Ke'e Beach and spent the day there which was really a great idea. In our off time we went to the pool/jacuzzi. We ate at Hideways Pizza onsite and it was actually great pizza! The condo also had floaties, chairs, coolers and umbrellas if you needed them. Our family had a truly special time staying at this condo, pictures don't do the view justice, its really an amazing site!"

We could not ask for a better view in Princeville. Having stayed at Pali Ke Kua properties numerous times this was our favorite. Nice unit for a family. "That view!
We loved our week in Princeville. The prop mgr was very helpful from the start answering questions in a timely manner. The condo overall was clean, except for a stained blanket on the bed and the pillows should have been replaced. Also, honestly, the condo was very, very warm the entire time we were there. When we arrived, probably 100 degrees...not good after a long travel day. But that view made up for the few concerns we had. "

"Fantastic vacation in paradise
My family spent 9 days at Pali Ke Kua #205 and we absolutely loved it. The unit is equipped with everything we needed from beach equipment to linens to a fully stocked kitchen. We hiked down to the beach directly below and it is gorgeous. We snorkeled with turtles and had a great time. The staff at Makana Kauai were amazing and took great care of us. We would like to thank Sarah for all of her help with our stay. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back again in the future. "

"Beautiful view
The view is fantastic, the condo furnished nicely, GREAT kitchen. The only draw back was the unit’s air conditioner was insufficient for the space. Daily, between about 2-6:30, when the sun goes down, it would be 10-20 degrees hotter inside the condo then outside. Keeping bedroom doors closed and continuously running the bedroom units was the only way to keep bedrooms cool. "

"Gorgeous view
This was a lovely unit in a very nice complex. The view is unbelievable and the unit was properly adorned with comfortable furniture and enough kitchen items to cook in the unit. Note that because of the Western exposure the afternoon sun beats down on the place and it gets very hot however that is the price you pay for an ocean view."

What a beautiful home in a gorgeous location! We were two couples who so appreciated the comfortable bedrooms, lovely bathrooms, great kitchen, and, of course, the fabulous views of the ocean and Bali Hai. "We loved this place!
We came to Pali Ke Kua for my husband's birthday and we are so glad we did!
The condo was perfect. We had everything we needed except be prepared to bring your own spices as they were not available, but the kitchen had everything else we needed other than that.
The Lanai was wonderful! We couldn't see or hear any of the other guests except those walking on occasion on the grounds below us so it felt very private. The view was amazing. The location was close driving distance to Hanalei and shops and restaurants.
The Princeville shopping area had a grocery store, wine shop and a few restaurants, one of which we loved which was B's Kitchen and Bar.
Makana Kauai Properties was an excellent management company to work with. They were on the ball every step of the way, we couldn't have been more pleased.
I would highly recommend staying at this property and we will definitely come here again."

"Memorable ocean views
A wonderful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo in a quiet cliffside complex on Kauai's north shore. Amazing views! Has everything a family of four or two couples would need to stay a week or more. We enjoyed walking to the nearby beaches (secret beach, hideaway beach), the scenic walking path along the cliffside and the short drive to various towns throughout the area. The description of the property is accurate, and the property manager was very responsive & professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. "
