Welcome to Malia Ohana Hale, this is paradise where you will find our luxurious plantation-style top floor 3 bedroom and 3 full bathroom condo welcoming and relaxing, with all the comforts of home. Located in Princeville at the newer complex of "Plantations at Princeville", this lovely condo offers all the amenities for an amazing Kauai vacation.
Relax and unwind on the beautiful island of Kauai in this ideally situated away home. It is off the main road and sleeps six in luxurious climate-controlled comfort. Beautifully furnished, this villa is high quality and very comfortable.
The large and spacious master bedroom has a King size bed with a personal entry walk-out to the covered lanai. It's bathroom is extra large with a soaking tub and shower, including double vanities and a walk in closet.
The first guest bedroom offers a Queen size bed and it's own full bathroom. The 2nd guest room has a King bed with a bathroom across the hall. Both guest bedrooms have large closets and are light and airy. Please note that the central AC does not vent into the third bedroom, so you‘ll want to sleep with either the door or the window open.
The kitchen is fully equipped with many kitchen gadgets and cookware for all your cooking needs. Enjoy cooking for friends and family while chatting away at the breakfast counter. Opening up from the kitchen to the living & dining areas, it's a great, open concept to gather. This unit is complete with a washer/dryer, free high-speed internet, cable TV, books, beach gear and much more.
The large covered lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a casual al fresco dinner with seating for six where meals can be enjoyed. Spend your days in the comfortable Kauai air reading outside or lounging by the community pool.
