Keoniana Kai, located in the prestigious town of Princeville, is an amazing handcrafted home which boasts one of the most magnificent views from every room in the house with the exception of the den. The rooms are all very private and set apart from each other providing ample space for everyone. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and TV. There is 2,700 square feet of comfortable living area plus 800 sq. ft. of deck space and covered lanais. The covered 1st floor patio leads to a dipping pool/hot tub area that overlooks the ocean. Another outdoor dining area off the kitchen provides another spot to relax and enjoy the views

Disclosure: Please do not park/block driveway. Public beach access runs through the property. Possible noise can occur during the hours of 6 AM - 9 PM. The paved access leads down to the beach and the Princeville water plant. Management is required to do routine inspections at the water plant and have access through the main entry gate. There is no lifeguard at the beach from nearby access. Please be safe and swim at your own risk.
