Family friendly environment for your beach vacation, right in the heart of everything! There is a gas grill on a private deck that overlooks a pond full of turtles for those beautiful coastal evenings and a private fenced side yard for the kids to play, if you can get them out of the pool!! This property is in walking distance to just about everything!! Walk to the grocery store, golf cart rentals, candy store, liquor store, souvenir shops, restaurants and only 5 minute walk to the beach!
Master bedroom has a king bed with private bath, second bedroom has a queen bed with private bath. TV's in both bedroom with cable, Netflix and Roku. The kids' room has 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 kids. The living room has two sofas, the back porch has a table and chairs for six along with a gas grill for relaxing on the deck and exterior security cameras for your safety.

The whole house is yours... except for the garage.

Cancellation Policy – Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by email in our office. If a refund is applicable, refund payment will be processed within two weeks
of cancellation notice and will be in the form of US Check or refund to credit card account. The
following assessments will apply to cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to
arrival date will result in loss of 20% of total booking amount. Cancellation 30 days or less prior
to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of Total Rent. Your reservation will not be subject
to refund in case of cancellation due to Hurricane, or a natural disaster. We highly recommend
purchasing travel insurance to avoid losing your vacation investment due to unforeseen
cancellations.
