"Any Fin Goes - Great for Family Stay
What I loved about this stay was the response from the management team. Outstanding. Of course, no one wants a broken appliance; but things happen and our washing machine stopped working on Day 2. It was repaired on Day 3. That is amazing. I was disappointed in the kitchen cookware and baking sheets (none). I'm sure a previous guest burnt and tossed. I called and they were delivered within an hour. Tip for anyone not familiar with the water; buy baby oil which is needed to clean the residue from the ocean off feet and shoes. "

"Great Stay!!
Wonderful place for our 3 generation family. Close enough to the beach to walk! And the kids loved the pool as well. It was a fabulous way for grandpa to watch the kids while the rest of us were cooking meals. Nice array of appliances available. Management was speedy in addressing a couple if small problems. "Love the house and location!
Perfect house for our 12 guests. Location is so convenient to the gas station, beach, pizza and all of the hot spots. Already booked for next year! Bring beach towels and blankets if you get cold as there is no extra blankets available. Plenty of pillows!"

"Any Fins goes house
Outside trash was completely full when we arrived . That might the vent in the downstairs bedroom started to leak. The ceiling in the 2nd floor loft had a crack in it. And the island on the kitchen also had a crack in it. The A/C filter was dirty ( maintenance did change it out and took some of the trash. The customer service support staff was excellent. The WiFi is horrible and unsecured so don’t use it. "

"Good and Bad
We've stayed in these houses before a number of times and always enjoy the location and house set up. They are great for multiple families or one large family gathering. Unfortunately this go round we ran into some issues. The first night, there was water pouring from the ceiling in the kitchen. Turns out there was an issue with the showers upstairs that the management team knew about from the previous weekend. They even had a plumber come out before we got there and the "solution" was a longer shower curtain. I understand water on the floor of the bayern can cause long term problems, but at no point should a tile floor allow so much water to seepthrough the slates of the wooden ceiling too cause a 3 fit standing puddle on the kitchen floor.
We were very disappointed in how the situation was handled.
The homes were built quickly after the hurricane and now 6 years later they are starting to show some wear and tear for that.
We will hopefully continue to stay here but highly suggest the maintenence team does some major updates to keep the quality up to date. "

"Spacious and beautiful
We had such a great stay. I was confused at first because the house color is different on the picture from website. Also, the house shown showed it was in the middle in some pictures and in others right next to pool but it was an end house. That was confusing because I was at the wrong house at first. The house was nice but owners need to take a little better care of it. Bath towel holders would pull right off the wall in all the bathrooms.
Kitchen- cutting boards had mold on them. Could also have better variety of pots. Community pool should be kept cleaner, the pool itself. "

"Perfect home away from home!
Our family had a great time. We had 6 kids and 6 adults and everyone had a bed to sleep in! Loved that each room had its own bathroom. The house was clean and ready for us. We had a wonderful stay at Any Fin Goes. This will be our go-to place in Port A. Perfect for our size group. It was wonderful that each couple had their own bathroom! The dining table was actually the deciding factor for us choosing this unit. All 10 of us could dine together. It was a great stay!"

"Great Location and Rental But One Issue
The location of the rental was great - near beach and 5-7 minute drive to many restaurants in area. There was plenty of space for everyone in our party and we loved how each bedroom had their own bathroom. Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and appliances we needed. There is a nice huge table where everyone could sit down for a meal. It was nice to have a washer/dryer. They also had a shower head outside to wash yourself off from the beach. The community pool was nice and we enjoyed it. The one major issue we had with the rental was there were alot of roaches. The place looked clean, but they and their droppings were everywhere. For this reason, we'd book elsewhere next time."

"Perfect home for a family getaway.
This house was set up perfectly for our family getaway. Each couple had their own room and bath with a king bed and the fourth bedroom is perfect for the kiddos. There's two living rooms so younger people can have their own space. Our only problem was the cell service and operating the cable. Cell service was weak in the house. Struggled with the cable service. Figured it out finally on day we were checking out. They are smart TV's so you can stream. Couple blocks to the beach so is walkable."
