Take advantage of the full-size washer/dryer. A half bath is located right off the kitchen. The fully stocked kitchen and living and dining areas are open and spacious. Enjoy the cool breezes off the Gulf Coast from the private balcony and soak in the amazing Gulf Views! The boardwalk to the beach is directly beside Seaside Haus. Steps from your door you can enjoy the private beach walkover, community pool or outdoor entertainment. The HOA does not allow boats or trailers. A maximum of 4 cars can be parked at this home.
