Baytree B3 is a studio unit on the second level (accessible by stairs, no elevator) with a spacious balcony overlooking the Bay Tree courtyard area. Beautifully remodeled with vinyl flooring throughout the living area, tile in the bathroom. Spacious bathroom with a tiled shower, ample counter space & lighting, as well as a stackable washer/dryer. Semi-private wall separates the living area from the bedroom area. Flat screen TV's in both areas! Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.

Bring your boat and park in the designated boat parking area or rent a boat slip $45/day!

Sleeping arrangements consist of a king size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper.

Parking- 1 car in the designated carport space. Bay Tree requires parking passes and wrist bands that will be issued at the time of check-in.

Carports at Bay Tree B3 offers 1 average sized vehicle capacity space. For your convenience,
if you know your vehicle will not leave adequate room for another vehicle, PLEASE use the OVERFLOW
PARKING which surrounds the Bay Tree Office.
