Charming & Cozy Port A Beach House, get ready to be on island time. This cottage is ready for your family or small group! Perfect for 2 house comes with 2 masters! One master down, the other up. That's right, no one will have to flip for the master. There is also a queen room, a bunk room with a twin over a queen as well as a fold-out sofa. Fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer and outdoor grill. Pool on-site. Love the color and fun of island life, this house is for you! HOA allows parking for 3 maximum. Sorry, no pets allowed. BBQ pits have to be in the back.

• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking and entertainment needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are no provided for safety reasons.

• Property is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.

• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, make-up remover wipes and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.

• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
