This spacious 3 bedroom condo is located on the first floor of Grand Caribbean Condominiums. The condo offers a private, covered balcony with views of the Gulf of Mexico!
Grand Caribbean offers a beautiful community swimming pool and a community boardwalk for easy access to the beach.
This unit features a king bed in the primary bedroom, a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a Twin over Full bunk in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa for additional guests. The primary bedroom features its own bathroom and separate access to the oceanfront balcony. The ample fully equipped kitchen opens up into the dining and living area, providing an open concept layout perfect for beachfront gatherings.
Please note: boat parking is allowed for smaller bay boats. Please tell the office when booking if you plan to bring a boat. Parking for this unit is limited to 3 vehicles. Parking permits issued upon check-in.

• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.
