Introducing Port A Landing PP745.
This gorgeous coastal home with views of the ocean has everything you will need for your party of 11! This 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house is decorated beautifully and is ready to be your home away from home. The large open living, kitchen and dining area are an entertainers dream! You can whip up your favorite meal for your guests in the gorgeous, full kitchen! Kick back, relax and, enjoy the Gulf breezes and sounds of the ocean on the large, spacious decks. There are flat screen TV's in every bedroom, and family friendly movies & a foosball for you and you and your guests to enjoy during your stay. There is plenty of space for vehicle parking on the driveway. Outside you will also find a large picnic table for relaxing with your friends or family. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Port A Landing is just a short drive, either by car or golf cart, to the many fun shops and restaurants of Port Aransas. The subdivision offers a pedestrian boardwalk to the beach but it requires that you walk over many stairs. You can not pull a wagon over the boardwalk. 3 night minimum on holidays and during the summer. No smoking and no pets. No grill on site. All monthly rentals have a $150 electricity cap. A one-time cleaning fee is not included in the rates. Guests must be able to handle stairs.
