Reservation cancellation policies: In the event of cancellation of any stay during any dates, customers may receive a full credit on money paid towards a stay in the same property reserved. The guest will have one year from the scheduled arrival date to use the credit towards a stay in the same property at the then applicable rates and availability. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the guests' arrival date, HRG will keep all funds paid and the guest will not be allowed to reschedule the reservation. Under certain circumstances, HRG may decide to credit the guest all or part of the money paid towards a future reservation.
