The open living area includes a well-equipped kitchen with an island, a dining table, and a large living space for family gatherings. High-speed internet ensures easy remote work or schooling. Enjoy outdoor relaxation on the front patio, complete with a wood pellet grill, hammock, and Adirondack chairs—ideal for sipping margaritas and soaking up the sun.
The kitchen comes with all the essentials: microwave, coffee maker, blender, espresso maker, and a dining table for six. Plus, there are board games, playing cards, and a bocce ball set for beachside fun. Sheets and bath towels are provided. Minimum stay: 2 nights; 3 nights on weekends and holidays (4 nights for specific holidays). Pets allowed with approval.

Cancellations: Cancellations made thirty (30) or more days prior to scheduled arrival will be charged $50.00 or 20%, of the Booking Deposit whichever is more; for cancellations made twenty-nine (29) to fifteen (15) days prior to scheduled arrival, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.
