The island resort encompasses a two-mile portion of private, pristine beaches on the northern end of Palm Island.
Guests travel to the island via car ferry and park their car in our island parking area. Transportation is provided by our bell staff and golf carts are also available for rent for registered guests.
Enjoy access to one of the 5 heated pools, plus hot tub and gas BBQ grills.
Tennis courts available for play and always complimentary.
Our recreation center, Coconuts, offers a variety of rentals to include golf carts, bicycles, kayaks and beach umbrellas.
A full service concierge can also arrange for everything from massages to fishing charters.

"Blast From the Past Family Beach Experience
It’s been five years since our last visit to Palm Island as a family. What a surprise when our grown kids asked to go back. Palm Island did not disappoint. Our unit this visit was beautifully updated and, to our surprise, had a finished off attic space with three additional beds. The reception folks were most pleasant and helpful in unloading our cars and transferring all our things to our space. The beach provided us with many beautiful treasures to add to our collection. The best part were the unforgettable sunsets each night. For a most relaxing, memorable family beach experience, consider choosing to visit . "

"Guaranteed bliss
Well appointed, clean 3 bedroom unit made for a restful getaway and gathering of families for a Mother’s Day celebration. Lots of room to spread out, great views of course, comfortable beds, everything we could want. TV remote needed batteries and DVD player in the living room struggles to load and play movies but only a minor issue for us. "

"Relaxation at its best
Calm, quiet, relaxing. We thoroughly enjoy uur time on Palm Island. The pace is right, go carts and walking. Coffee watching the surf. Beach walks each day. Sunsets up top on the deck. Inviting home, family joined us for a few days, plenty of beds and space. Beautiful stay, will be back next year."

"Lovely view
The best view we have ever had in a Palm Island condo and all fine except very outdated bath tubs. And we wish so much Rum Bay would work better. One of us got food poisoning but in general the place seemed barely functioning. It would be so nice to have a good restaurant on the island. "

"Relaxing Don Pedro Getaway
We have stayed on Don Pedro many times and a number of times at . The 3 BR unit was clean and spacious and has a fantastic ocean view and little private deck. This was just a getaway for the two of us so we were not looking for anything overly fancy this time. The condo is dated but well maintained and was good value, location and amenities are top notch. Very happy overall. The staff at Palm
island is helpful and top notch. Very customer friendly and pleasant. "

"18th Year
This was our 18th year staying with you and we have seen many changes thru the years. Glad to see you now offer this review option. We were happy to see your storm repairs are coming along and really didn't present any conflicts with our stay. The unit was clean & well stocked. The unit issues seem to mostly be the same throughout the years, refrigerator & AC not properly cooling and WiFi connectivity not good. This time the upstairs level AC was not functioning upon our arrival and would only cool down to 72 deg. which at the upper level & in the July heat is not ideal. The AC did get repaired the following day. Our WiFi was sporadic & although attempts were made to fix it; it was never truly corrected. The refrigerator didn't cool, door wouldn't suction properly to the trim rubber seal. Finally, the Living Rm. furniture was stained and tired. But the Palm Island staff remains top notch, especially Katey, she was great !"

"Island get away
We had a great time. We stay at Palm Island every year, and our only negative this year would be that when we rent a villa the rental includes the entire unit. The upstairs bedroom was closed off.... Also, the hubby and I had to give us our king room because the 2nd bedroom downstairs wasn’t the one with the king.... Makes more sense to have both kings on the main floor :) other than those two minor things, we loved every minute on the island as we do each year. When we got there, the unit was dirty, so we had to clean. Evidently the group before us left the home filthy. We always love the space the villas provide, and this units location to the pool and beach access were one of the best. "
