Harbour Pointe is a serene waterfront property nestled beside a well-maintained marina, offering unobstructed views of the unspoiled Gulf Islands National Seashore. From your private balcony, take in the stunning panorama: sparkling water, a backdrop of the Gulf of Mexico, and a seemingly endless blue horizon. This is one of the best places in Perdido Key to catch the Blue Angels in action on their practice days.
The complex features a beautiful waterfront pool with a spacious deck and an impressive grilling area. Just beyond the pool lies a peaceful sandy beach with calm, shallow water—perfect for wading, fishing, or simply relaxing. To the east, you'll spot the Pass leading out to the open Gulf, and beyond that, the iconic white sandbar near NAS Pensacola.
Inside, the condo is just as inviting. The master bedroom features a luxurious, remote-controlled adjustable mattress, an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and balcony access with unforgettable views.
