Kate's Place offers 2 nice sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with tub/shower combos and a half bath for added convenience. The primary bedroom has a King sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated with a modern mosaic tile that complements the white cabinets and appliances. It offers a built in microwave, dishwasher, disposal and refrigerator. The family area has a walk out balcony so you can exit the sliding glass door to get a breath of fresh air and listen for the sound of the waves just 1/2 mile down the road. The first floor has an outdoor area that is fenced in for security and convenience. Don't forget ingredients for s'mores because there is a small firepit in the back yard area.
