This newly renovated, downstairs, one bedroom condo has all new furnishings. The bedroom features additional sound insulation in the ceiling, a queen size bed, a lounge chair, and a flat screen TV. The full bathroom provides a tub and shower to complement the quiet, comfortable getaway. The living area is tastefully furnished in a cool, calm coastal décor. The sofa includes a queen size sleeper and side chair to relax on. There is also a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, cable TV and plenty of entertainment should you decide to stay in. The tropical outdoor pool with Tiki bar and other amenities are just steps away from the condo. After spending a long day at the beach, take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite seafood dishes, a hearty breakfast, or your favorite beverage. Guests of PKRM enjoy complimentary excursions like Free golf, Deep sea fishing charters, Dolphin cruises, Nature Cruises and/or OWA Amusement park tickets.
