The comfortable décor in this lovely 1 bedroom, 1 bath second-level vacation home at the Purple Parrot Resort creates a very relaxing atmosphere for your getaway. This vacation home is located in a secluded area of the resort, with the added bonus of a bedroom veranda looking out over the wetlands providing beautiful sunrise views. The front balcony is screened in and includes a ceiling fan, accent lighting, and comfortable seating for relaxing and enjoying the outdoor views. This Purple Parrot Resort vacation home is amply provisioned with two 55" televisions, a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Wireless internet and cable come standard, so local channels and streaming are both readily available. This privately owned condo comfortably sleeps a family of 2 adults and 2 children with plush flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook at home and includes a Keurig coffee maker. The restroom opens to the bedroom or living space and features a shower/tub combination. There is also a washer/dryer available in the condo. The Purple Parrot Resort has some of Perdido Key's best amenities including a premier outdoor pool and hot tub that are surrounded by grottos and tropical landscaping. There is also an indoor pool, exercise room, and sauna for guests to enjoy. For most guests, complimentary golf, deep sea fishing excursions, dolphin boat cruise admissions, and Owa Amusement Park admissions are included with your reservation!
