Entering the main 280 sq.m. Villa, guests are welcomed to a spacious living room area with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped open plan kitchen. On the same floor, one can also find two bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with shower panel. The bedrooms have queen double bed and direct access to the sea view main outdoor area. Going up a few steps you will find the large 72 sq.m. master bedroom with queen double bed, a dressing room, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with sea views. All areas are equipped with air condition and satellite TV. In total the main villa can accommodate up to 6 people.

The Guest House right next to the main villa is 90 sq.meters. In the main area you can find an open space which includes the living room and the kitchen. You can then walk to the two bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathroom each. This house is also fully equipped and has direct access to the same outdoor area! In total the Guest House can accommodate up to 4 people. In total, Villa Alde can accommodate 10 people!

The villa features a huge outdoor area where you can find a lounge sea view area, a barbeque area and two dining areas with views over the richly planned garden. In the center of this vast outdoor area, is situated the private pool (13m. x 6m.) with fresh water and behind the main villa are situated the parking slots.
