"Very nice condo!
The condo was very nice. However, the check-in process was not up to par. I had been told I would be sent the gate code and the room code the morning of check-in. When we arrived that afternoon, I still have not received a gate code, so I contacted the number on the paperwork. The agent apologized, then looked up my reservation, and said we weren’t supposed to check in that day. Finally, she found the reservation and told me the condo have been cleaned the day before so we could have checked in a little bit earlier. So she gave us the gate code And the gate code wouldn’t work. Another resident came and tried it. There were two gates, and the one next to us worked fine. So the agent whom I was still on the line with said the codes may have been changed because it was the first of the month. It turns out she had given us the correct code for the gate the first time, but she neglected to tell us to press the pound sign. Once we got that straight, she was able to find the code to the condo, and we checked in. The condo itself was fine, it was huge, the balcony was great. The only problem I had was that one of the runs on one of the stools at the bar came out, and also the lighting situation was a little strange in that sometimes the lights in the kitchen came on, and sometimes they didn’t, and I wish directions had been written down for that. But everything else was great and we really enjoyed ourselves and I would rent the condo again. thank you very much."

Everything was very nice. There was a water problem with the ac and it shut off the water a couple of times. The second time, Lisa came, with maintenance. And they were able to fix the problem. No issuse after that"

Spacious! Great location! Amenities were perfect. Soo many great places to eat nearby that were walkimg distance. The parking garage to the room was a little tricky at first but no issue after we figured it lol. "

"Location was the best!!!
The views were awesome! We could see everywhere. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. So calming and beautiful. The condo was just as described. We really enjoyed our time there and hated to leave. "

"Fun at PCB!
This condo is beautifully decorated and the view of the beach and pier is incredible. The beds are super comfortable and everything that you could need is in the condo. The only thing lacking was that the cleaning company was still in the condo when we arrived and the floor of the condo was not as clean as it should have been for new guests. "

"Great Location.
We had a wonderful time. The room is in a great location, it has an awesome view of the beach, and has all of the typical condo amenities. Our only issues were the lack of any extra paper products (toilet paper, paper towels), and the floors needed to be swept. But this is our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be coming back to the same room next year! "

"Highly recommend!
The condo was just described. Everything was clean and in good working condition! One of the best stocked kitchens we've been in. Beds were comfortable and clean! The view from the balcony is spectacular!!! We had a great visit at Shell Island and super yummy meals at Runaway Island and Sharky's (both in walking distance on the beach).
Only complaint is the elevators which is no fault of condo owners. Typically only 2 elevators working causing longer wait times. "

"Nice condo, not so sure about the resort itself
The condo was nice,clean and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful. It met our needs just fine. The overall resort left way more to be desired. Main pool was nasty and cloudy, kiddie pool in the back didn't have the kid features working, it was a hassle getting to the condo from the elevators(not all were working when we arrived and of you have a luggage cart, you have to elevator hop). Overall the condo was exactly as it said it would be. "

Would have needed for a perfect family vacation. I highly recommend this resort.. I especially loved that someone from the resort was at the pool early removing towels on chairs that other guest was saving so that everyone had an opportunity to get a pool chair "
