This unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths Master has a king bed with large soaking tub and separate shower and twin sink vanity. Both of the other two bedrooms have Queen beds. The bunk nook has a twin size bunks & there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Grand Panama allows 2 parking passes per booking. This unit rents to age 21 and up. Guests under 25 will have a fully refundable deposit of $100 per person

One of the very few beach front resorts that allow pets! 2 pets max per booking. 25 lbs and under per HOA. Pet fee $175.00

Grand Panama has two large pools (one gulf front & one roof top), two hot tubs and a kiddie pool. There is a TIKI Bar gulf side and at the roof top pool. There is an amazing view of the sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and it is breathtaking from the balcony.

This oceanfront unit is on the 20th floor. Grand Panama also has a 5 story parking garage under tower 2 across the street and a two story overflow parking deck as well as many ground level parking spots between the decks.

Grand Panama is centrally located. You are 4 miles from Pier Park but only 2-3 miles from Wal-Mart and Publix. There is also a dollar general about a mile away. You are only a half mile from the county pier which is a great place to walk and view the lights of PCB at night. Grand Panama also has Doulce Italian Restaurant in the shops behind Grand Panama on Middle Beach Road. You are only a mile from FIREFLY and SALTWATER GRILL. These are two of the nicest restaurants in town.

"Beach trip 2025
This Condo was great for our family of 10. We had everything we need in the kitchen to cook. The balcony is perfect you can see forever. It was clean,and See ya at the beach was so easy to work with. We had an awesome time and would definitely recommend this Condo. This is not our first time staying in this Condo and won't be our last. "

"Awesome Sunset Corner Unit Views!
Well laid out unit with ample room. Well stocked with clean comfortable furniture. Large balcony with Amazing view of the sunsets and city pier. Pup friendly with multiple areas to walk, as well as small fenced pup play area. No beach toys/ chairs in the unit- but chair rental avail. Great trip for us!"

The property was clean and prefect for my family of 5. Anything that’s needed is within 10 minutes. No major issues while we were there. Beach view was awesome. The team was very helpful. Lisa did an awesome job from paying my deposit until we departed from vacation. Whenever I called she answered right away and was able to assist me with all of my issues. Will definitely stay again!!!"

"Beautiful & Relaxing

We chose this condo, based on our family, needing three bedrooms, and had extra beds for kids, not to mention the breathtaking views from the patio, that lead from the master, or the main living room! Everything was homey and convenient with the pool and beach, literally steps away! Definitely will be back to Panama City Beach, and definitely will be back to stay see you at the beach vacations!"

"Great Vacation time
In general was a good vacation trip. The check in/out was easy, although better guide about condo and parking lots location with maps features would help. The location was great, even we were in the 20th floor, timing for elevators were good, no significant delay. It was awesome for people who loves and bring pets, very friendly place for. Disappointed that there is no much parking spaces available within the property or nearby area ( for a third vehicle). Maintenance inside condo was ok, but very poor outside areas (front door to the tower 1) and carpet areas very bad looking. I would reserve in the feature if price is down."

"Family spring break trip
Being on the beach was the best part. Views were amazing from the 20th floor. Double red flags and cool while we were there so that was disappointing but you can’t control the weather. Hot tub is small and was always filled. Building is huge for small hot tub. Condo itself was set up well. Loved the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. For a property that sleeps 10, there should be more seating room in the living room. Kitchen was stocked with everything you’ll need to cook all meals. Bring your own toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, and trash bags. Only given one roll of toilet paper. They do give you two dishwasher tablets so only start dishwasher sparingly. We were there during spring break so the traffic was terrible. Loud car engines and music from cars playing into late hours of the night. Kids enjoyed people watching from the windows. Very entertaining what was happening on the street. Probably not the best family location during spring break but at other times, it’s probably a perfect fit for families. I gave a 3 star for cleanliness because there was sand in the bed sheets and they were all turned inside out, which I thought was suspicious for cleanliness. Did they simply turn the sheets inside out instead of washing them? There was a washer and dryer so that helped. Overall, it’ll get the job done but you’re paying mostly for the location. "

"Uncomfortable, not clean, bare minimum supply’s.
There was mold in the master shower, there were crumbled chips in the stove and drawer. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. They left no dish tabs. We requested them twice and she said eh Aeolus have the maid bring them and ever did. There was one garbage bag and have used roles of toilet paper in the bathrooms. They do not provide you with enough garbage bags for your stay. I have never stayed at a /AirBnB that didn’t have extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags at minimum. The knives were dirty and not sharp. There are no lights on the balcony. So eating out there at night it’s pitch black. The couch is so old and uncomfortable. They say it accommodates 6-7 people, however there is only couch seating for 4. There is one couch and one chair. I would not recommend this place for the price, what’s included, and how dirty it was."

We loved everything about the place. The location was great and the view undescribable. We did not get to use the amenities as we spent most of our time in the beach so no comments on that. The apartment was well equipped, cleaned and spacious. We would definitely stay again. Management was very accommodating. "

"Spectacular views from the balcony.
Although the check-in process was delayed after the scheduled time, the unit was exactly as described with good secured parking arrangements. There was adequate luggage carts available for unloading the car as well as groceries. Elevator service was timely in both Towers. The fitness centre was well equipped and well maintained along with the pool and hot tub in Tower 2. The BBQ units for Tower 1 were cleaned daily and a pleasure to use. The custodial staff were noticeable in cleaning the common public use areas daily. The pool and hot tub was not available for use in Tower 1 for 2 & 1/2 weeks during our stay due to unknown circumstances. "

"Visiting friends
Arrived Fri., June 9. Almost everything about the condo was terrific! The view was exceptional, beds and furniture were very comfortable. Appliances worked well except for the dishwasher.

The evening we arrived, we dirtied some glasses and I was going to put them in the dishwasher. Imagine my surprise when I opened the dishwasher and was greated with a horrible stench! The smell lingered for a several hours throughout the entire living area of the condo - had to open the doors to allow some fresh air in the condo. No air freshener available :(

I saw a few inches of dark gray, filthy water that looked and smelled like it had been in there for many days. There was a film built up on the top layer of the filth. I sent a text to, our contact person with See Ya at the Beach. I stated we were going to drain the water and run a cycle with soap. She stated to let her know what happened. I contacted her later that evening and stated the dishwasher had leaked water on the floor when we ran the wash cycle. She stated that the company would send a maintenance person to check it out. We left Monday morning with no visit from a maintenance person and no follow up from management regarding this problem.

We had to hand wash all of our dishes for the remainder of our stay. We did purchase disposable plates, plasticware and cups in order to dirty less dishes. We chose very easy meals for this visit in order to work as little as possible on this vacation. Washing dishes was not on our list of fun things we would like to do with our time on our vacation.

Upon departing from the condo, I requested a check out list. I thought it was odd that she told us to be sure to run the dishwasher and wash all of the dirty dishes. I responded again that the diswasher was not working and the maintenance person did not arrive. There was no checkout list or wifi password in the welcome packet or sent to email. We had to request both from managemen"

"Spring Break '17
Well to start with the condo was clean, in a great location, close to decent restaurants, with friendly staff. The elevators were timely, there was ample beach and pool space,but we were disappointed to find the heated pool across the street from the beach AND no one even told us about it until our 2nd or 3rd day. Another problem with the location was the parking. It was a nightmare. There wasn't sufficient parking for the capacity so sometimes you had to park in "overflow" parking which was quite a distance, uphill, and uncovered. Also, the parking isn't code protected, the parking deck is VERY narrow and the spaces were INSANELY small. Every day we would have at least one side of my vehicle that you couldn't even open the door to get in because the spaces were so small. "
