Ready for a romantic getaway? This condo is ideal for couples. The queen canopy bed creates a tropical ambiance. There is a full kitchen and full bath in this cozy unit. Enjoy meals as you watch TV or sit in front of the electric fireplace. Although the units at Top of the Gulf do not have individual balconies, the complex consists of 8 open-air floors with shared viewing areas and chairs on each level. Walk to Pineapple Willy's for cocktails or a bite to eat.

THIS PROPERTY IS 21 AND OLDER.
The unit accommodates up to 2 guests maximum(including children and infant of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allow by law could result in fine starting at $500 and ejection- NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.
ALL GUESTS will have to register at the HOA office upon arrival to receive your parking pass and wristbands. It is located on the first floor to your left as you walk in. The cost of it is $30, and they accept cash only. VCR#55208
