CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $250.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Spacious Home!
Very nice layout, great for large families. Beautiful views from all floors. Proximity to the beach was perfect. Sheets/towels comfortable. Would be great to have more places to hang towels in all the bathrooms and if the gas grill had been placed outside prior to our arrival. Ceiling siding on living room porch coming off on one end. Great access to community club with heated pool. Overall great, comfortable home. Would definetly rent again."

Conveniently located a few houses over from the cafe and neighborhood pools. Private boardwalk to the ocean. The elevator is kinda slow so not for regular use but perfect for moving luggage up and down. Sunrise view from the master suite is beautiful."

"Wasted potential and unmet expectations
Originally we booked one house with Cinnamon Beach Vacations but last minute we were moved to a different house due to maintenance issues. We rolled with it even though the new house didn’t have all the same amenities, like a hot tub. We were not offered any discount. When we arrived for the first night of our stay we immediately noticed issues beyond the lack of a hot tub. The house didn’t feel like anyone had prepared it for our arrival. First and foremost were safety issues- we arrived with 4 kids under 4 and none of the pool security alarms on the ground floor were enabled. My sister, who traveled from Oregon with her 2 & 4 year olds, was in tears the first night reliving the trauma of a friend who had lost a 2 year old in a drowning accident the year prior. Some of the alarms had dead batteries in them others just didn’t have batteries. Clearly no effort to ensure they were functional was made. Additionally I spent much of the evening crawling on the floor and rearranging furniture to get lamps connected to outlets so we would have lights. Meanwhile my husband spent his evening in the back yard trying to get the pool heater on so our elderly guests could enjoy it. Unfortunately it was a wild goose chase as we later found out the info book for the house stating the pool could heat to 104 was a lie and it actually belonged in another house. Right before bed we realized overhead lights in the stairwell to the 3rd floor were not functioning. Unfortunately my 75 year old mom had already fallen on them trying to get to bed, scraping & bruising her arm. We called on-site support of course who came the next day and addressed several things but not before our first night was ruined. The next day I got to spend 4 hours doing laundry bc the additional towels we werent provided to begin with came straight from the store with the tags still on. Vacationers- warning: book elsewhere. Not worth the hassle. Owners- reconsider who you trust to manage yo"

"Great oceanfront property
Overall our stay in early June 2020 was very positive. The house is very new (completed in April 2020) and fresh. The floor plan is ideal for multiple couples / families. The views of the Atlantic Ocean are fantastic all day long. When the sun comes up in the morning the house explodes with light and it's "time to get up and head to the beach". The Cinnamon Beach community is relatively small, very well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Not much traffic and easy to walk most anywhere. The two community pools are very nice, clean and well maintained. Both pools are 2 - 3 doors down the street from the house. The beach is very nice as well. This is not the sugary white sand you'll in the Fla. panhandle....hence the name Cinnamon Beach. The sand color is unique and makes for a nice contrast when looking out into the ocean. Beaches are kept very clean and not very crowded as many of the families seem to gravitate to the two pools. We had a few small issues our first day but Crystal at Cinnamon Beach Vacations was very responsive and was there in just a few hours to take care of our issues. The house has a few flaws that we found very odd for a home of this size. The two bedrooms on the main level are both very nice but both bathrooms are tiny (one person only). The closets are also very small in both bedrooms. There are no towel racks in the main level bathrooms either. We hung our towels over the shower doors. There are no built in soap dishes in any of the showers other than the master on the 3rd level. Crystal was kind enough to bring us portable dishes which we placed on the floor of the showers. There is no light fixture over the main dining room table. Very odd!! Overall, the house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. The pool is very clean and well maintained. It's gets the morning sun and shade in the afternoon which is a blessing on most hot Florida afternoons. We would highly recommend this property to any future renters. "
