Enter through the front door and you’ve made it to your home away from home. The open concept living and dining areas are the perfect spots for your family to gather together. The kitchen is also connected to this space with additional breakfast nook to enjoy. Grab some drinks and snacks and take the short walk to the beach access and start relaxing.
The master suite boasts a King bed and view out the window of the lake. The private attached master bathroom presents a walk-in shower, separate soaking tub and double vanities.
The 2nd bedroom also hosts a King bed with an ensuite private full bathroom. The unit’s 3rd bedroom features 2 Twin beds and a full bathroom just across the hall.
The laundry room is a great space to store your beach accessories during your stay.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.
