The location, floor plan, and overall space of #565 is wonderful. We also found the unit clean and in good operational condition, but many of the silverware items were dirty. We were also disappointed that there were basic kitchen necessities missing such as coffee filters, salt & pepper and aluminum foil. "Annual Family Vacation
We had a wonderful family vacation this summer 2022 at 600 Cinnamon Beach Way #565. The condo was nicely decorated with three bedrooms and three baths. The view of the beach from the balcony was breath taking. The management was responsive and professional. We reported several suggestions to them since this is such a lovely unit and know that the cleaning staff does not always report these issues. "Everything Perfect But ...
A few things you need to know before you book. We have been to this property probably 6 or 8 times, but had not been here for 3 or 4 years. The property has been upgraded, our condo had just been redecorated and we had a terrific time.

There are however 2 things you need to know to avoid being disappointed.

1. This year (we have skipped 3 years) there are a lot more rocks on the shore, hidden during high tide, and they are quite sharp. Everyone who swam in the ocean at high tide got cut at least once, but we learned basically where they were and weren't at low tide and adjusted to this problem.

2. The main problem is the number of rules in place that are strictly enforced by Security. The harshest one is that if you go to either pool, you cannot take ANYTHING to eat or drink in with you, INCLUDING water! We understand the little restaurant at the pool needs to make money, but we found not even being able to bring water a bit much. When the "patrol" came by to enforce it, most people left and went to the beach. The other rules were put in place to keep the property neat and clean and nice looking, which we understood since many people probably live in their condos full time. But be aware: they enforce things like no beach equipment outside your door in the breezeways. They must be washed and brought into your condo daily. This is just an example, you will be amazed at the number of signs stating NO... NO... NO... If you can follow the rules, you will have a lovely time in a beautiful place.

The good news is that there were very few people there compared to years past. And we think the price for condo rental is VERY reasonable compared to other condos on other beaches. We all had a terrific time and will go back next summer. "

"Cinnamon Beach - The Great and the Bad
The booking and check-in process was seamless. The condo was beautiful and spacious. Wonderfully decorated! The beach however is not suitable for swimming. There are massive rocks. Had the weather permitted swimming we would have been very disappointed. The listing should clearly state the issue with the beach to avoid negative reviews."

"Nice stay at Cinnamon Beach
This was our 5th visit to Cinnamon Beach. We love the location. The condo was nice and well decorated. I actually picked the condo because previous photos showed carpet, and I have little kids...I was a little shocked to find brand new wood floors when we entered the condo. They were beautiful, but I wanted the carpet for my little one learning to walk.

I still give the unit 5 stars, but there are some things that need improved:

Dryer takes 2 cycles to dry. I did a lot of laundry and this was not fun.
The pillows are stained and gross and I about gaged when I saw what we were sleeping on when taking off the sheets at the end of our stay.
It is not fun having 4 kids and all glass dishes and cups. We had to buy paper products for the week since there were zero kid friendly plastic dishes.
There were other minor annoyances like that.

For adults, this is a beautiful condo. I picked it because of the carpet, and room with 3 beds. The unit was not very kid friendly other than multiple beds in one room.

It's a great location. High ceilings and beautiful view of the ocean.

We had a great time and would recommend this condominium for visitors. The location, the furnishings and the decor were exceptionally nice. One of the bathrooms was not properly cleaned and we did not realize until after we arrived that at the swimming pool is not adjacent to the property."

"Not the best vacation
1. It took 3 separate visits and 3 consecutive days by maintenance and cable co. To establish cable tv.
2 there were cob webs in the unit in the in the living room area on the walls.
3. There was a hair in the freezer drawer.
4. The pool rules were a bit excessive. This is supposed to be a vacation destination but to not allow drinks near the pool not just glass (which is understandable) but drinks of any kind plastic bottles, cups whatever was entirely to rigid. Myself and my wife on 2 different days were told to remove our drinks from the pool and they were only allowed at the tables. However, the amount of tables and seating for the amount of people utilizing the pool was entirely inadequate.
5. We also found locating a restaurant outside of McDonalds after 7pm is rather difficult.
6. The day before we left, the elevator broke. I understand things happen but it wasn’t till after checkout time the next morning before the elevator was repaired. Which made our departure from the 6th floor less than pleasant. We enjoyed Palm Coast area but we will not be staying at this particular location again.
Again, to advertise as a vacation destination the pools hours are unreasonable especially if you have young adults visiting. "

"Perfect Family Reunion
This condo was amazing and very clean. When you walk in and see that beautiful ocean view, nothing else matters. We spent many hours on that balcony looking and listening to the ocean. We had some nasty weather too and to watch the storms was amazing. I highly recommend this location. I was worried when I read a negative review about cleaniness, but IMO it was not as bad as they spoke of, except for the high traffic carpet area by kitchen. It does need to be replaced. Everything else was fine! Its a great vacation rental."

"Beautiful and Clean
This was a beautiful, comfortable and clean unit. We definitely enjoyed our stay! We wish it was pet-friendly as we come up fairly often, but like to bring our little dog. But would definitely recommend this unit! The only slight improvement I would give is to let the renters use the pantry. Having it reserved for an owner's closet is very inconvenient and doesn't really give the renters a place to put their food (one cabinet isn't really good). And, as always, thank you to the management company and especially Crystal!!! Thanks!!"

"A great place to stay in Palm Coast
This is a very comfortable and spacious condo located on a beautiful beach. It is in a gated community with well kept grounds, which are wonderful for walking and bird watching. We enjoyed visiting St. Augustine (a short and scenic drive up A1A) and seeing the many manatees at Blue Springs (a longer drive near Deland). We ventured farther north to spend a great day on Amelia Island.

The management was very responsive to fixing some minor issues in the condo. I would definitely stay here again. It was a very relaxing and quiet condo. "

"Great Choice

"Surreal but wonderful vacation. Our condo was amazing though!
Our vacation was March 16th-25th. We decided to go & make the best of our situation, with the pandemic starting to really take its toll. I'm very happy we chose this condo/unit! We had an amazing oceanfront view, and a private beach, with not a lot of people around. The condo itself is beautiful, had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again at Cinnamon Beach, when the world goes back to normal. "Palm Beach Paradise
We searched for a vacation spot that would be right on the ocean and that would be on the quieter side of the action. This condo unit turned out to be exactly that. It was set right on the beach with a magnificent view of the Atlantic and was part of a large, gated community of other condos and homes.
The condo itself was beautiful with beachy themed decorating and spacious living areas and bedrooms. It was perfect for us and our two adult daughters. There was some building maintenance going on while we were there, but the workers were courteous. I contacted the condo management about a related issue and they were responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed going out to neighboring state parks, St. Augustine and the Flagler Beach area, and the nearby Palm Coast businesses and restaurants were all we could have needed. I appreciated the list of restaurants and attractions from Scott that were included in our reservation. For us winter weary Minnesotans, though, the daily walks on the beach were balm to our souls. The waves, the sun, and the sand were marvelous. We also took advantage of the two great pools and the fitness center.
