"Perfect house for our family beach trip!
Blue Pearl has a sweeping big water, unobstructed view from the bedroom and living levels. It has a nice pool with spa and grill overlooking the dunes. There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms and baths and we enjoyed the pool-level den with a ping pong table. There’s a bedroom/full bath and laundry area on this level as well. Everything was clean and had everything needed for preparing and cooking food. (Property Management) staff were friendly and brought us a guest bag with tee shirts and hosted a candy buffet on the 4th. "

"Really Fun!
We absolutely loved this house! We had 7 adults and two kids, and there was plenty of space for us. The house feels luxurious and was definitely the highlight of the stay. It had everything we needed and lots of extras that normally a rental might not have (like additional dishes, games and puzzles, beach toys and accessories, etc). The view from the main living area windows is absolutely incredible! The pool was very nice and a great size. We also walked down to the family pool and had a great time there! The beach access was so nice and even my two year old could walk there on her own! In terms of location, Publix is only about five minutes away which was a life saver. Most of the typical "beach" style restaurants were about 15-30 minutes drive towards either St Augustine or the Flagler beach area. Our favorite was Crabby's and we also liked the White Lion and the Funky Pelican. We did a day trip to St Augustine which was great and there is a lot to explore there. The main attraction is definitely the house itself over the location but it wasn't too far to the other spots!
The only issue we had was the heater on the pool and hot tub was not working, but they worked quickly to get it fixed. We really had a great time and I'd definitely recommend this house to others! "

"Mom’s Birthday Celebration!
We had such a blast! When my kids got there, they couldn’t believe how gorgeous the house was! They loved the fact that every bedroom had it’s own bathroom! The three flights of stairs were a little rough because the elevator was out. I think the only complaint is that the pool needed cleaning. Other than that, we loved it!"

"Not Great
The house seemed lovely from the exterior and the location was tough to beat. The house had a fishy smell immediately after it was cleaned. The floors were filty, our feet were black. The hot tub and elevator didn't work - two big features we felt were worth the price. When the dishwasher ran, water leaked through the ceiling into one of the bedrooms. Several drawers were broken in the kitchen and the kitchen wasn't sufficiently stocked for 12 guests."

"Amazing View, Great House, needs a few tweeks
Christmas vacation. 3 families from 3 states. In these covid times we knew we would be in the house alot spending time together. We had planned to cook lots as we were not going to go out to restaurants. We had stayed in a house across the street during the summer so we knew there was a publix supermarket nearby and some good takeout options also.

3rd flr has a wonderful open space with great ocean views. The large table seats 10. Some of the leatherette seats were worn and need replacing though. The Tv is a smart one and has all the TV apps you need to put in your own login (netflix, hulu, amazon prime, youtube tv etc etc). The games room was great for the kids and adults alike and had a balcony area too. The supplies in the kitchen were great for the most part but some things we would have liked were a big frying pan, teaspoons and small cereal bowls. For a house that can sleep 12, these would have been useful. The fridge was missing a drawer and made ice only when it felt like it.

2nd Flr. Wonderful bedrooms, 2 of which had ocean front balconies. There is also another balcony at the front which serves as the front door area. The mattress in the room opposite the kids room had a terribly soft mattress and one occupant decided to sleep on the floor for a few nights before switching to the kiddie bed across the hall. The master would be great if it had 2 chairs to look out of those wonderful views on days when it is too cold to sit outside or to read at night. All bedrooms could use more hangers in the closets and hooks behind bathroom doors to hang towels. A coat rack would be great inside the front door. low 50's some mornings.

1st flr. Entry way from garage. Has a bedroom and shower room. The website says it has a queen but I'm pretty sure it was a full size mattress. Fantastic bar area and access to pool. Washer smelled of mold and dryer was v slow. Patio table & chairs were rusty in parts.

"Beautiful Cinnamon Beach Is the Place To Go!
We had a very fun time with the family. The waves were spetacular! The bedroom situation was perfect for all of us. The large kitchen, dining and family room was great for our family game nights. Being able to walk right over to the other pools and hot tub was a bonus. High recommendations!"

"Awesome Experience
First off, this was an awesome place for our family gathering. I highly recommend it. A few things to know before you rent, and while these were a bit of a bummer, our experience was excellent. The views were incredible. The access to the beach super close. The top floor is where we spent most of our time as a family. The game room had a door which kept the noise in there. The rest of the top floor is a large room with kitchen. Excellent space for our large group. Second floor is all the bedrooms. First floor is the pool/hot tub access, garage access, laundry, a bed and bath and a bonus room we didn't use much.

- The hot tub heater didn't work for us. The property management was on top of it, but something about the system did not work. Check on its status if that's important to you.
- There were 2 King beds, 3 doubles and 2 twins. That's a bit different than advertised.
- While the BBQ is in the pictures, there's a note at the place that it's off limits.
- In the pictures, it appears that two bedrooms have a private balcony, however it's one shared balcony.

"Beach Girls Have Fun
The property is located in a wonderful area. The house is very large with plenty of room for a lot of people. The instructions for the TV's and other electronics were not correct...even the wifi was not correct. The customer service came twice and were very nice and did repair what we needed done. The kitchen was equipped with pots and pans, but no mixing bowels and very limited items for cooks (which we had 4 in our group). The second king size bed had no light bulb in the closet and there were light bulbs over the entire house that were out.
All in all we liked the house and it has plenty of room for a large group. Location was great. "
