Masterfully designed and exquisitely decorated, Bill's Bunker is the new addition, joining wildly popular Coco's Cottage at Cinnamon Beach.
The ground floor at Bill's Bunker features 3 guest bedrooms, including 2 Queen Bed rooms with full bathrooms en suite, plus a super-cool bunk bedroom with putting green! The bunk beds have Full Size mattresses, offering more room and comfort than your typical bunk bed setup. The full bathroom adjacent to the Queen Suite on the rear of the home doubles as the pool bath, offering easy access from the patio area.
The ground level family room is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished. Open up the French doors and make your way to the gorgeous patio and pool area, with seating available for those who enjoy the shade or the sun. Kick your feet up poolside, or jump in and cool off with a refreshing swim! No need to walk to the community pool, you've got one right outside your door!
The 2nd floor of Bill's Bunker is the main living level. You'll absolutely love the wide-open floor plan, w/ the gorgeous kitchen, spacious living room and elegant dining area all within one large open area. The kitchen is an entertainer's delight, featuring a smartly designed island w/ bar seating and a wine refrigerator built in to one side. The pantry features counter space that is the perfect spot for making your coffee utilizing the Nespresso which takes Vertuo sized pods. There is also a hot water carafe for brewing your favorite tea. Cooking in this kitchen is an experience, not a chore. A sophisticated color scheme and stylish pendant lighting set the mood for a wonderful evening or a terrific start to your day on the beach.
The living area features comfortable seating for the whole family, and a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. In the dining area, enjoy a meal with the family under "candlelight" chandeliers and recount your adventures from a day spent in the sand or in the water.
The Master Suite is one you'll want to write home about. The oversized suite offers a plush King Bed, private balcony facing the ocean, separate sitting area and a stunning bathroom w/ multi-head shower and tasteful fit-and-finish.
As beautiful as the inside of this home is, the don't spend all your time indoors. Step out to the rear balcony and take in views of the lush green fairway and sparkling lakes. CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.
