"Nice house with Lousy furnishings
Nice house but with very minimal furnishings. No easy chairs anywhere in the house. No place to sit in the bedrooms except on the bed. Small eat-in kitchen couldn’t seat more than four . One sectional sofa in great room. No screens on upper porch. Cheap tableware and cutlery. Most suite hotels are better furnished and don’t cost $500 a night!"

"First time on Cinnamon Beach
The afternoon we arrived, we found the air conditioning wasn’t working in the lower level. We called, someone came out that night. It was fixed the next day and a generous refund was given immediately. Excellent customer service!
Both pools on the property were great. And the property had several beautiful views of the ocean.
Our biggest complaint were the floors. They appeared to be swept but made the bottom of our feet dirty. Rugs at the main level and garage entrance would help. Hot tub room and upper balcony could use an occasional hose down.
Was pretty disappointed that the rocks on the beach prevented play in the ocean. We drove to other nearby beaches everyday for 2 weeks. Our daughter couldn’t sleep in sofa bed, she slept on couch. Master bed and bath was great. "

"Fun in the sun!
Our family of 6 adults had a wonderful time. The location is steps away to beach access. The beach is very private. Great central location to visit other destinations. I wish the third bedroom had a full bed instead of bunk beds. The queen sofa sleeper was not comfortable, so one of my sons and his wife had to sleep in the bunks, but they were fine with that. The hot tub was great. We had a great time making a few meals on the grill. Everyone in the area was very friendly. The restaurant and pool are a plus. It gives you a resort atmosphere. The staff was very attentive. We had fun swimming in the ocean and saw a few dolphins jumping one day. We took morning walks on the beach every day. We all had a great time!"

"Great home. Fabulous location.
We rented the home for the month of February and during my stay I had family visit, including my daughter, son-in-law and 6 month old grandbaby, girlfriends and my sister. Everyone, regardless of age, loved it. There are two great pools less than block away. The lakeside pool has a Grille with great food and service (however hours are limited), toddler pool and hot tub. There is also a fitness and business center in that facility. The oceanside pool has a great view and "adult vibe". The property is in a gated community at the end of a cul de sac. I felt VERY safe. A walkover to the beach is less than a block away. One night we went to the walkover, sat on the bench and watched a SpaceX launch. Very cool! The home is well-provisioned. We spent a LOT of our time on the outdoor deck that had views of the ocean. I think a house may be built next door that could block the views. :-( We had two minor issues while there: one with a TV remote and one with the grill. In both cases, staff were there within an hour with a smile and a fix. I've rented many VRBO properties and can honestly say that the all of the property staff were awesome."

"Tropical Hideaway
This home was wonderful! It was exactly as it looked in photos! Home was in a great location with a beach access path right across the culdesac, however, they were damaged in the hurricane and none of them had been repaired except one at the very far end of the condos. Hot tub and pool table was a massive save because as everyone knows this Christmas it was extremely cold everywhere. Our family has been coming to cinnamon beach for years in April and we always stay in the condos. This year with both kids and spouses coming and a new grand baby we opted for a house. It was a wonderful house all in all"

"A Great Week at a Great Home
The home was very clean upon arrival. It is a lovely home with all of the space needed for two families of four. We had a minor plumbing issue that the management company took care of immediately. We rented two other homes in the neighborhood and they were great as well. The management staff is right on all issues and everything worked out perfectly. "Lots of space, close to boardwalk to beach, close to pools
Tropical Hideway did not disappoint. There were only 4 of us and our pet, and the extra space for the children was incredible. All of the furniture was very nice and the beds were quite comfortable. Plenty of towels, even beach towels. We didn't use the hot tub much, but it is nice and was clean. The kitchen is stocked well enough for vacation, as we do not cook on vacation. No dish towels or dish cloths, had to purchase those, but that was no problem. Nice washer and dryer in a really nice laundry room. The property is incredibly clean and well landscaped. Huge balcony across the back was just the perfect place to find a spot in the sun to drink our morning coffee. There is a boardwalk to the beach that is only steps away. I believe we were the only family that used this portion of the beach. Most of the vacationers used the boardwalk at the pools. The beach is covered with coquina shell, which I love. The shell gives the beach an orange tannish color.
Hence the name, Cinnamon Beach. The pools were immaculate. The little bar and sandwich shop was a really convenient touch, and the staff in this shop were a joy. We rented a golf cart while there, and really enjoyed riding around the community and enjoying the cool breeze. One of the deciding factors for booking this rental was the pool table. Great pool sticks, a weight to suit anyone, good tips; however, the rails are dead. If you shoot pool a lot, you want the table to have good rails. Other than that, this was quite a pleasurable experience. I would book the Tropical Hideaway again."

"Superb Location!
The residence was in excellent condition. The location offered a beautiful sunrise view over the ocean. Management notified us the day of our arrival that the previous renters had left a problem with the jacuzzi. It was taken care of within 24 hours. Our young grandchildren loved the family pool and play area. We enjoyed a wonderful week. "

"Great Stay at Cinnamon Beach
He’s been to Cinnamon Beach many times. This was the best house we’ve rented!. High quality large TV’s throughout. Home is in good shape and pet friendly. Cinnamon Beach is very dog friendly!!!

"Great house, great location
This is a really nice house just a short walk from the beach. There's plenty of space and the rooms are a good size. The pools & amenities are great, but concessions are expensive. The beach is really nice and it appears that there are a lot of snowbird properties nearby, so it was never crowded. A few other observations:
- There are rocks on the beach but they are underwater and unpredictable. Beware.
- The kitchen has basics but is lacking things like large cutting boards and multiple large bowls/pots. Not a huge deal, just be prepared if you plan to make big meals. There is a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The microwave is tiny. There are several small drink fridges throughout the house.
- There are some beach items like chairs and boogie boards in the garage that I assume have been left by other renters.
- There's not much in the immediate area as far as restaurants, shops, etc., although there is a small Publix about 5 minutes away. You need to drive a bit to get to more things like that."

"Great location, very relaxing
We've stayed here more than once. It's a great property, well laid out. Lots of space. The bunk room is very small for 4, I'd recommend for small kids rather than teens. The patio off the living room is great for sunrise. Only steps to the beach with easy access via the walkway. My only 2 criticisms are 1. there was only absolute minimum on arrival by way of handsoap and toilet paper. Some properties have a few little bits you can use. This has nothing. As long as you know it's not a problem. 2. the sofa in the living room is garden furniture. it's very grubby and very uncomfortable. Enough to put us off staying again as it's the main place the family sits down after dinner. it's wicker furniture and the cushions are flat, not comfortable at all. Having stayed more than once, it's enough to put me off returning.
Plus side - pool table, hot tub, multiple TV's. lots of beach towels. v spacious.
the property overall was a bit grubby which is unusual for this resort where we've stayed in numerous properties. It may just be we were first in after lockdown, but we had to clean several surfaces on arrival. with little to no cleaning materials, had to go buy stuff. Not something you expect at this price."

"Fantastic 6 weeks in Paradise
Tropical Hideaway is a fabulous house. Probably the best location in Cinnamon Beach. At the end of the road with lake & ocean views. It does have a lot of stairs though so that should be a consideration for older folks such as ourselves. It has a dumb waiter but it was disconnected. That would have been helpful in lugging heavy suitcases & groceries up 2 flights of stairs. Other than that , it was a great place. Could see and hear the ocean from the upstairs balcony & pools were very short walk. All in all a fabulous place. Wonderful & quiet neighborhood. Everyone very friendly . Our dog loved it too."

"Enjoyable stay at Tropical Hideaway
We had a great vacation at Tropical Hideaway. It's steps from the beach and the community pool. The back deck was a great place to relax, and enjoy the view of the ocean and the tranquil pond behind the house. "Tropical Hideaway
We rented this unit to be near the beach and spend Thanksgiving with our family. What a pleasant surprise. The property is a short walk over the dunes and the beach was perfect. Sunsets spent on the pier with a glass of bubbly enjoying the surf and the surroundings. Great time for all including our teenage granddaughter. "

Great stay! The house and location are beautiful! We LOVE Cinnamon Beach! The property managers are amazing and responded to anything we needed immediately and were so nice. Wish there were a couple of area rugs in the upstairs and downstairs living rooms and feel like they should have had beach towels available. Otherwise we had everything we needed"
