The 3rd floor oceanfront visuals offer more than dazzling ocean front views but also boasts views of the Par 3 signature Jack Nicklaus designed green. The boardwalk to the beach is right beside the building for quick beach access. The king master suite with the private slider to the lanai is a unique design to this floor plan. The 2nd King Bedroom and 3rd bunk bedroom offers HD Flat Screens for movie watching and privacy.
Please note the small grill on the balcony is no longer in the unit. The Cinnamon Beach Condos do not allow grilling on the balconies.

After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

We usually rent condos at the resort (for 15 years). Being on the beach with the big lawn area for sports was a great change. The children are older now, so it was easy going back and forth to the resort for member activities. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and listening to the ocean on the porch was the best! We highly recommend this condo to others. "

"Nice but way to expensive
While we did have a great time, we feel stays at other resorts were just as nice and we didn’t pay as

We think we are paying for the golf courses on the premises along with the beautiful landscaping/flowers for the full time residences.
Additionally, there were kids in the “adult “ pool when the family/ kids pool was across the street.
It’s a lovely area, the condo was beautiful but the this resort is way overpriced.

"wonderful week
Condo was clean and well furnished. Would recommend more dishwasher pods as they only sell large amounts at the Publix. Ice maker would not dispense from the refrigerator door. Other than that, everything was great."

"Nice but not great.
Very nice condo with a few buts. The building is a long walk to the pools especially if you’re carrying items for children. I believe the mattresses were memory foam and the problem is you sink into them which I dislike. Also, there is very little to do in the area unless you go back and forth over a toll bridge. "

"Maintenance is lacking
Condo is lovely and a great location, but sadly there were numerous maintenance issues (broken ice maker, missing shelves in refrigerator, dryer was absolutely packed with sand and debris, overhead lights burned out, slider screen wheel stuck so you couldn’t move it without it falling off.) I understand that these things happen, but the bigger issue is that numerous calls to maintenance (number provided in book), no one ever came to fix any of it!"

"Great Weekend Getaway with family
This is the 3rd year we've come to Cinnamon Beach for a long weekend getaway with our kids and grandkids. We all love being right by the beach and having the wonderful pools right there as well. The condo was very nice, probably the nicest one we've stayed at so far. (The grandkids loved the bunk beds.) The kitchen was well stocked and the condo as a whole was very clean. "

"Peaceful
The rental was very spacious and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the beach without all of the crowds. Loved the community and the town. Our favorite treat was going to Raga Coffee and it sounds crazy, but we loved sitting on the balcony the day it rained. Sometimes you just have to stop and rest. We do recommend adding nice beach chairs for your guests to use. Most all beach condos we stay in have them. Overall great stay! "

This property was even better than the pictures! Our family enjoyed our week at Cinnamon Beach. This property was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The pictures show a small grill on the porch which was not available so plan accordingly. We ate at JT's one night and it was wonderful. If you are looking for a clean, well maintained property, I would highly recommend this unit."

"It was great location, clean and so welcoming.
We typically stay in Flagler but had some changes and ended up at Cinnamon Beach and it was absolutely great. Kids loved the pool and even though it was busy we always found a spot. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was great. The beach was nice however the rocks made it challenging for the kids to go into the water but if you walk down to the beach access at the pool there aren’t as many. We will most certainly be back. "

We had such a great family vacation with this property. It’s in close proximity to the beach and pool (5-10 minute walk). The unit was extremely clean, well appointed and had fantastic views, especially at sunrise. It was perfect for our family. "Excellent Staycation
The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed with everything you would need in the kitchen. The ocean view from the balcony was gorgeous. An elevator and luggage carts in the covered parking area made unloading a breeze. Right next to the beach access and about a five minute walk to the pools!"

"Beachy Goodness
We had a wonderful time! Due to the pandemic, we stayed in and ordered take out from our favorite places, but enjoyed all of the comforts we normally would. In fact, we loved having extra time at the beach and pool, not having to run inside to get ready for dinner! The condo is so well appointed and we loved every minute. Only downfall, outdoor fan wasn't work and that was one of the reasons we chose this location, but I reported that and hopefully it will be fixed for you! GREAT VIEWS! "

"Family getaway
We decided that a beach getaway was just what our family needed. Unit 532 was decided upon due to its direct view of the beach and the neighboring golf course. "Summer Florida Trip
Absolutely wonderful location!!! Everyone loved to easy access to the private beach and the condo made our stay even more special. The condo had every thing we needed for our visit. We will definitely be returning!!!

The only recommendation I would add it to inform future guests that there is an elevator and luggage cart available. We didn't realize this until later in the day and we carried all our luggage up three flights of stairs. We did use it on our departure.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo and we tried to leave it as clean as we found it.

"Cinnamon Beach Unit 532
This is the second time we have stayed in this location but the first time for this condo. It was very clean and beautiful and well appointed. The only reason I gave this condo 4 stars in because of the storage space in the 2 smaller bedrooms. There is a very cute little dresser that is very eye appealing but no way to reasonably unpack because of the size of the drawers. We had to live out of our suit case all week. While that was truly the only discomfort staying in this beautiful condo, it was a bit inconvenient.
Everything else was great. The location was great. we spent most of our time at the pool which was very clean and nice. The complex has a little restaurant and bar, however, as I mentioned this is the second time staying here (once in August and now in May), and I have never seen it open. We just took own refreshments to the pool and that wasn't a problem. We would definitely stay in this complex again. It was well worth the very reasonable price."

"Beautiful large home right on the beach
We loved staying in this beach home. It’s absolutely beautiful, comfortable and the beachview from the porch is gorgeous. This 3 bedrm (one king, one queen, one double with bunk) unit is huge! Beds are comfortable, unit is very clean. I love that two beach chairs and a rolling cooler is provided! This area is very quiet but just a few minutes to restaurants, Publix, etc. Would definitely rent this unit again!"
