When you enter the condo, you are immediately at ease as this unit is beautiful with an open feel. The open concept Kitchen, Dining and Living Rooms are the ideal entertainment space where everyone can gather.
The kitchen is stocked so you can enjoy cooking your favorites during your getaway. Open to the dining area allows for meals to be easily served. In the living room watch your favorite movies and catch views of the waves.
Head through the sliding glass doors out the large balcony to enjoy a meal. Or decompress as you feel the ocean breezes and listen to the waves crashing.
The master bedroom is a relaxation zone with a comfortable King Bed and a view of the Atlantic from the picturesque window. If you aren’t looking out the window you can unwind while watching the TV. The master ensuite has a shower, separate soaking tub and double vanities.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.
