"Peaceful View!
This is our 2nd time renting this condo for a month's stay. It's the perfect location and size for my family of 7. The views are beyond perfect and peaceful. The grounds are fantastic with an easy walk to the beach and pools. We rebooked for next year!!"

"Cinnamon beach getaway
I called 5 days after I arrived and requested to rent it for the following
year this was my second year and was told I would get a e-mail which did not come I was led to believe I would have first choice since I had rented it before. I finally got an e-mail that said it was rented, very disappointing.
Love the area , all the staff from maintenance people ect. go the extra mile.

We loved this condo! The only complaint we were told the bunk bed had two doubles on the bottom but they were twins. The manager came and tried to make the twin into a double and it was okay...not great. But everything else was perfect! We will be back!"

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very spacious and decorated beautifully! We had one bad night because the air conditioning went out, but the maintenance workers came the next day and fixed it. Will definitely consider using this location again!"

"Beautiful condo, lovely stay
Wow is the first word that comes to mind. The condo was spotless, well decorated, airy, and comfortable. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back again. The family pool was fantastic, and the grill on site was really tasty. Everything during our stay was fantastic, both inside the condo and on the property."

"Great Beach Vacation
We had a great stay during Spring Break. The condo is very nicely decorated and equipped in the kitchen. The view is absolutely beautiful and the large corner patio of the end unit is a great feature to enjoy it all! There were a few items that required maintenance and most were resolved. There was an issue with the TV in the master bedroom that was not resolved before we left, but everything else was great! Would definitely stay here again! "

"Beach Vacation
We spent 3 weeks in Cinnamon Beach, the condo was perfect in so many ways, loved the area, loved the people, very clean, good parking, close to beach, grocery store is 1 mile away, found some good restaurants, we had no issue that needed attention.
The cons were that in the other 2 rooms they only have single beds and bunk beds, would be nice to have one of those rooms with a queen bed, but I can find that in another rental in the future, they do not supply beach towels which was to bad, we flew there and to pack beach towels would require another suitcase, and also no decent beach chairs or umbrella, big inconvenience, but these things did not ruin our trip... We will be back to Cinnamon Beach"

"Absolutely beautiful condo with a great view!
The condo is beautifully decorated and was very clean! We’re picky about cleanliness, we also leave it as clean as we found it, and it surpassed our expectations. It had everything you could possibly need (except a sponge). Truly every need was taken care of. Lots of conveniences in the kitchen and condo. Lots of extra linens too. The view of the ocean is beautiful and we enjoyed the big balcony. It was perfect for our boys with the bunk beds, and our daughter enjoyed having a room with her own bathroom. My only complaint is the motion sensors on the lights. When you’re going to the bathroom, the light is switching off every 30 seconds or less. You have to bob and weave while you’re going. And when you’re showering or taking a bath, the light shuts off......VERY ANNOYING! We’d stay there again but my husband (who is an electrician) will change out the switches for our next stay and change them back at the end of our stay....joking.....maybe. All in all.....A wonderful time! "

"Spacious unit with a lovely view
This was our third visit to this development and our first stay in this specific unit. It was the most spacious unit in which we have stayed and exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the ample seating inside and out as well as the third bathroom. The unit was well maintained and cleaned overall, though we did encounter some ants in the kitchen and dining area during our visit. Our entire family said that we would love to stay here again. We were thankful we left before more people arrived, though, as we encountered a number of people who didn't wear masks when they were in public areas."

"Amazing Vacation Rental
This vacation condo was absolutely perfect in every way!! I loved my 1 week stay and really didn’t want to leave. Enjoyed the huge back patio, watched the golfers and the ocean was super relaxing. The walkover to the beach was just 1 building away & the whole property is upscale, well taken care of & I felt super safe with 24 hr main security gate, then a 2nd security gate for this section of homes which was open by day but required a gate code after 8pm. A Publix was very close by for everything you may need to cook in the condo. This unit was super clean & had lots of extras I didn’t expect but was delighted to find. It also smelled great which sometimes I’ve rented vacation homes that look wonderful in pics but had musty or other bad smells which can make you not want to stay there. I almost didn’t want to review this apt because it’s my new fave place & I want to come back again & again!! LOVED driving up A1A to see St. Augustine, really easy & beautiful drive. Also I had to call the management co a few times & they were WONDERFUL & very professional and helpful! I felt so pampered & needed the escape from 2020 lol. "

"Review of 361 Cinnamon Beach Way
Great and relaxing even during a pandemic! The unit was as pictured, clean and well stocked. For those that are COVID Concerned - most guests and employees did not wear masks but once outside you were always able to put space between you and others. You may have to wait while others use the beach walkovers. You can wait for an empty elevator. Overall - very nice and eateries almost all I’d take out so dinner on our large balcony overlooking the ocean was always wonderful. "

"Great condo in great location
Although the condo was pretty and nicely furnished it wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The kitchen cabinets had food stuck all over the doors and looked like it had been there for a while. Kitchen was unorganized with more gadgets you’d never use than useful things......only two very small skillets. Beds were clean. Overall a nice place but really too much. A little decorating goes a long way "

This condo in Palm Coast was beautiful and exactly as pictured. There was tons of room for everybody to have there own space. The pools and beach were just a short walk and very nice. Food at the pool side grill was great too. We will definitely be returning. "

Beautiful and very clean condo. Excellent Cinnamon Beach rental. Property management was easy to deal with. Very nicely furnished. Had all the kitchen supplies could need (however--needs a new hand can opener). Would highly recommend this unit. Nice view of Ocean and the 8th hole of the Hammock Beach Ocean course."

"Fabulous Cinnamon Beach Vacation
We had a wonderful time at Cinnamon Beach. The property was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. The only issue, and it is a very small one, is that the sliding screen door out onto the porch was broken. We called this in, and were told that it would be taken care of, but it didn't happen during our visit. But overall, a 10!"

"Home Away From Home
We stayed at this property for 3 weeks. It was an amazing stay and my favorite VRBO rental thus far. The condo is very large and was perfect for an extended stay. We were comfortable and felt like we were at home. The decor was perfect and we kept finding new things each day. The place was clean and everything worked and was in order. The keypad on the door was a little tricky at first but we got the hang of it. If we ever visited Palm Coast again we would definatley stay here again... we miss is dearly already."

"Great getaway
My family of four and my sister’s family of four stayed here to celebrate my sons high school graduation. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Highlights were the kitchen and spacious patio with a beautiful view. Great beach access but the pools were a little hike. We needed s handle repair on a commode and maintenance was quick. Would definitely return. Amount of paperwork need at reservations was overwhelming. "

"On the edge....golf course and ocean
Fantastic views overlooking 8th hole and the ocean. Watched the dolphins and sunsets from the balcony. Master bedroom, living room were very comfortable (reported small tear on lounger on sectional). Kitchen well equipped but microwave door has burn marks inside and door is cracked. Second master had 2 single beds but visitors feet hung over. The third bedroom was great. Laundry room was fully equipped with top appliances. We were there for 52 days and will return next year. We love Cinnamon Beach ....this is our 8th year and we have booked again next year. This unit is outstanding. It is fully equipped, tastefully decorated and you need bring only food and clothing. It is spacious, very clean and comfortable. Instructions are needed to operate the DVD player in living area. Small issue with allergies because most of the decorative pillows in living room were stuffed with feathers."

"Very Nicely Appointed Unit. Great Location. Needs a Deep Clean
This unit is, without question, one of the most nicely finished we have seen in Palm Coast area. Decor, electronics, etc. all very well done. Views are great, and the 6th floor location enables a constant breeze.
Community is in a great location, with easy access to beach, intracoastal, biking, golf, and other outdoor activities. Building is well located, parking is ample, and everything in the building works properly.
The above aside, a few drawbacks:
- There is a distinct mildew odor in the unit; not overpowering but definitely noticeable, especially when you first walk in. Opening a few windows seems to help.
- The cleaning crew seems to only do the basics, and it shows. There are LOTS of crumbs and other grit in between cushions on couch, a ton of dust under the tables and other furniture, and the coffee table was so covered in food, sand, etc. that we had to take it to the balcony to clean it ourselves during our first hour in the condo. And the unit had a very limited amount of cleaning supplies.
Overall we enjoyed our visit, and we would consider staying again, but only if the cleaning crew ups it game. "

What a great place to stay. Very clean,quiet and just what we needed. It had almost everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen,good beds, comfy seating and the balcony was perfect. It would have been nice to have beach furniture available. Lots of great beach walks but no chairs to sit on the beach in."

"Girls Weekend
Great girls weekend at the beach. Rain was predicted but the weatherman was wrong! Recent hurricane Irma had made a mess of the beach but the pool was a nice place to sunbathe. Would have liked the grille to have been opened. Also a large group with children came to the quiet pool but management did speak with them after a while and directed them to the other pool. The condo was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Late check out was available. "

We loves our 6th floor condo overlooking golf course and amazing Cinnamon Beach! The condo was so large and comfortable for 6 of us. Every detail was considered in the decorations and furnishings. Lots of rowels, blankets and pillows in each bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked just needs a few baking pieces. Loved the location in our resort as well as short distance to the beach. We will be returning to this gorgeous condo!!"

"Great views of beach and sunset
This vacation rental felt like living at home. It's roomy, tastefully decorated and has all of the conveniences you'd expect and more. We are considering purchasing a condo at Cinnamon Beach and staying here set the bar pretty high! The views of both the beach and sunset were phenomenal. Golf course closed until Fall but we will be back. Overall, very nice unit and wonderful community."
