Being located off of Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona.
When you enter the home, you are immediately at ease with the high ceilings and bright feeling. The open concept layout is perfect for entertaining the whole family. Custom dining table creates an amazing backdrop for memorable meals together. Off the main living space is a coffee/wet bar with wine chiller. Brew up your morning cup of coffee in the Keurig to start your day. The wall of sliding glass doors can open to connect to the serine outdoor space.
The King Master Suite showcases Sliding Glass Doors to the patio and a gorgeous ensuite with walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 & 3 both feature a Queen Bed next to a shared Full Bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 hosts 2 Twin Beds next to a 3rd Full Bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This Home not only allows dogs, it is DOG FRIENDLY with a Dog Washing Station located in the Laundry Room. This is perfect to rinse your dog off after visiting our Dog Friendly beaches. The fenced-in backyard with firepit is a wonderful place to spend your evenings.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.
