In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

Awesome family experience. Fabulous amenities and lush condo. The beach will dilate your blood vessel 25 points. Our family will be returning to 1042 for Summer 2023. "Peaceful Views of the Lake & Steps to the Beach!
This condo was tastefully decorated, very clean, and well-maintained. The peaceful views overlooking the lake were great for relaxing or eating a meal outdoors. We rented here for this unit being dog friendly. The only complaint about the condo is that the thermostat is set to not go below 72 degrees. Every night was hot and made it hard to sleep comfortable, even with fans running. After paying over $3,000.00 to stay here, I would expect more!! I have rented all over HHI, Amelia Island, and Destin, FL and never had these crazy and ridiculous restrictions. Also, beware of pool rules, at both pools. Several guest got fussed at and told they could not have any floating devices in the pool, including noodles. You can't bring in any food or drinks when their cafe is open and they automatically charge 20% gratuity for all orders. It was like having pool Nazi's everyday. Also, there is very limited parking at the pool, if you don't walk. It was great having the beach so close to walk to from this condo. This was our first time to Palm Coast and we definitely had to adjust to all of the rocks along the shoreline. My daughter got a few scrapes and cut her foot trying to boogie board. As for the management company, I had a hard time reaching someone to get information and make a reservation. It was a 50% hit or miss. The owner or manager was very rude and made me feel as though I was bothering him with my questions. I also kept getting referred to their welcome pack by staff if I called with any questions so as to not take up their time. Overall, I will probably be going back to HHI or Destin, FL after having to put up with all of these hassles during vacation. Beautiful area but not worth it! "

This place was fancy, private, and very relaxing!! We really enjoyed it! The only thing we did not like about this particular unit was the a/c thermostat was locked and couldn’t be turned below 71. We are very hot sleepers and like it at 68/69. So it made it very difficult for us to sleep. "

"Nice rental
Overall the rental is clean however the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced and the walls need painting. The living room sofas are somewhat uncomfortable but has a lot of seating. The master bed is wonderful but the guest beds are awful. There were hairs left in the master bath from previous renters. We do love that the unit is pet friendly, this was a major plus! It is well appointed with all necessary appliances and 1st day supplies. The blinds in the master bedroom are broken. The balcony is very spacious but the furniture is uncomfortable. The TV's and the cable options are great. Very convenient location to the pools, game room, gym and grill."

"Getaway stay
The unit was very much the same as it was described. The living room furniture is a little older and may need updating soon. There are a few carpet stains, but nothing that I didn't expect for a pet friendly rental. The kitchen had all of the dishes we needed to be able to make a few meals. Towels were plentiful and even beach towels. Overall this unit was very good, just could use a little refreshing in paint and carpets. The screen to the balcony did not stay in tracks. There does need to be a change to the way guests have to continuously stop at the gate. We were often delayed in returning to our unit because new guests were being checked in at the beginning of their stay. Once a guest has a pass, they should not have to wait for their pass to be reviewed by the guard at the gate. "

"Our very favorite beach condo!
We loved this condo! Though not facing the beach, the view from this condo was wonderful and relaxing. The beautiful, deep balcony was so inviting, we spent every morning there with our mugs of coffee watching nature unfold and every evening enjoying the millions of bright stars overhead...quiet and so peaceful! The walkway onto the beach is so close, right across from the entrance to this building. The condo was so well maintained and, except for a few old, faded stains on the carpet, was immaculate. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to staying here again. "

"Nice Place
Very nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Huge master. Nice master bath--everything was top notch. Nice balcony that looks out over the water. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. The only thing I wish we had known ahead of time is that there is a $2 toll to get across the bridge, and we had to pay it every time we went into town to get something to eat. Not a big deal, but our friends didn't bring any cash and had to search out an ATM. If we'd known ahead of time, we could have warned them. Just make sure to bring some cash with you. We also had some confusion about the Fast Pass for our friend's car as this is a gated community--nice to be secure but it was a bit of a hassle--eventually got it all worked out (make sure you fill EVERYTHING in when you apply to rent as it is hard to get hold of anyone to fix things if you fill out something incorrectly.) That said, I would stay there again. We went to the best Mexican restaurant nearby called Salsas--delicious. "

"Better Than Most Pet Friendly Units
I have stayed in a few units in Cinnnmon Beach, all were pet friendly, and this unit was superior. It is furnished nicely in the living areas but could use some help with bedding. The mattress in the master is a few years past it’s prime, a lumpy, soft prescription for a back ache. My wife and I chose to sleep in the guest rooms instead. The carpet needs a through cleaning or replacement. The microwave and dishwasher must be original. Both are very loud. The kitchen utensils are barely adequate but plenty of glassware and dishes. The view from this unit and the western exposure are great for a stay during the winter months. The cold wind from the ocean front is blocked by the east facing side of the building and the deck area is drenched in sunlight and warmth. The view of the lake, birds, and other wildlife combined with great sunsets make the large deck area very appealing. The large television set in the living room is Roku with cable. Netflix, etc. available. The amount of noise during my stay was unchracteristically extreme, the unit above was undergoing renovation, Daytona Bike Week participants staying in CB, spring breakers, etc. I’ve had relatively peaceful stays at CB, just the luck of the draw.
But I do wonder how bikers can return at 3:30 am and be on the road early. Gotta love the exhaust on a Harley.

This condo was comfy, sufficiently supplied with linens and dishes, and well maintained. While convenient to the beach, it also had great balcony sunshine and wildlife views. We did buy added coffee mugs and a larger sauce pan that we left there. Guest could use a sheet pan, large casserole and a replacement for the large no-longer-non-stick skillet.

"Great time for all 7 of us!
My wife and our 5 kids had a wonderful time. Short walk to beach across parking lot. Sidewalks had ramps for our beach wagon. There were several walkovers to beach and one was also a ramp. Showers at walkovers too! Both pools were nice, but we stayed at the family pool on the riverside. The oceanside pool was for quiet swimmers. "

"Wonderful Experience
The condo was exactly as pictured. We were very pleased with the attention to detail. The kitchen was well supplied as well as the linen closets. (Plenty of towels; extra sheets & blankets) The only minor imperfection was that the carpet needed cleaning but I understand that can't always be done. "Perfection in Cinnamon Beach
This was an amazing place in a beautiful and quite neighborhood! Clean, comfortable accommodations with nice sunset views from the balcony, and we felt completely secure inside the private gated community. Only a short drive to everything, and short walk to the pool or beach. We loved how pet friendly the area was and the pool on the beach side was so relaxing and peaceful! We really enjoyed JT's Seafood Shack and The Atlantic Grill which were both within a 5min drive from the condo, and we also made the short drive (30mins) to St Augustine a couple of days to take in the sights and dining experiences as well! It was the off season so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, only thing we hated was leaving....
