Blue Breeze is the ideal modern home near the beach for your next getaway. Located in the lovely beach community of Ocean Hammock, your family and friends will enjoy the proximity to the beach and private pool with golf course views. Being located near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona. Although once you arrive, you may never want to leave.
This home boasts 4 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, open concept floor plan and a private pool and spa. Being a guest in Ocean Hammock provides beach access for the community on uncrowded beaches.
The relaxing master suite showcases a King-sized bed, TV to fall asleep to your favorite shows and private ensuite. The master bathroom is ready for you to decompress after your day with a walk-in shower or in the separate soaking tub.
From the moment you enter the home, you feel as ease and ready to relax. Make your way to the open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms. This area is the perfect place to gather around. The kitchen with has plenty of prep space to make your favorite meals and a large island with bar seating. In the living room turn on the fireplace for a cozy movie night in. This space leads out to the wonderful outdoor living space where you will be able to spend a lot of time. Lounge by the pool, relax in the spa, grill and dine al fresco, or start up the firepit in the evenings.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.
