We stayed in bldg. 800 #741 and really enjoyed our 2 week stay. We were concerned about no blinds over the balcony sliding doors, however the owner overnighted us some temporary ones that worked out just fine. Thank you. "Cinnamon Beach Spring Break
We love Cinnamon Beach this was our third year renting. This unit seemed below the standards of our previous rentals. It is a beautiful location and the views and the pool were amazing. The unit wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The kids said the sheets were dirty on one bed and it did look like drool marks on one bed. The appliances are all in need of replacement. The washer leaked a little each time we used it. The oven had issues with the temperature and the dishwasher door was hard to latch. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return but would be unlikely to return to this unit. "

"Unforgettable Views
Our experience as a whole was great. We were not ready to leave! The unit is nicely decorated and very spacious. Tall ceilings, wide hallway and large rooms. Since there is a lot of tile throughout, it can be noisy. The bunk bedroom has as very weak tv signal but the kids mostly played anyway. They loved the game room at the clubhouse, a big bonus for us if we needed to get out without driving somewhere. The beach seems a little rocky but I think this is a place we’d return to."

"Dirty and worn!
We were very disappointed. We stayed at a different condo there last year so this unit was a big letdown. The place was very dirty and worn. The master bathroom had mold build up underneath cabinet next to shower, the shower had mold stained caulk that needed to be replaced and tons of mold under shower door. Both bathtubs in other bathrooms had rings of dirt and grime around them. The toilets were obviously never scrubbed because when we did black mold and gook kept coming off until after 5 flushings. The woodwork in the entire place was filthy - dirt, dust and hair. It was listed as “New Living Room” but the couches and chair were worn and very dirty. The dining room chairs were also dirty and stained. Kitchen chairs were not only dirty with crumbs and dust, all of them were wobbly to the point where 3 of them were dangerous and unuseable. The chairs not only needed to be tightened but all cabinet/drawer knobs did too. Most of the kitchen utensils were grimey and had to be washed before we could use them as well as the coffee pot which was just a cheap and old Mr. Coffee - no Keurig here. Did love the wonderful ocean view that this unit had but the balcony rails were also dirty and needed a good power washing. "

A lovely stay. We would like to return next year.
Would recommend a new smart tv in living area. Disappointed we could not stream services. Broiler in oven is not functioning well. Water in tub/shower in second bath draining very slowly. However we thought the unit was well decorated, well maintained and well appointed. "

"Disappointing Condo
Compared to other CB condos and properties, this condo was a disappointment. We have stayed the previous 6 years for lengthy stays in other CB condos but this condo was our first visit. While a beautiful location and amenities (we love CB), the condo was dated. The living room furniture is not new; loveseat has a stain. The master bedroom had a stain on the carpet, but even worse, we saw that the mattress and pillows were disgustingly stained after we removed the mattress pad and pillow cases for laundering. The master furniture is also old with clearly an old, low mattress. There was no chair, table, or luggage rack in the master bedroom. Some towels and bedcoverings were worn. Three vertical window blinds were broken, with the kitchen one being held together with tape. The sliding door has no covering - drapes nor blinds - so no privacy. The Spectrum cable service consistently went out every time it rained - good thing we brought our fire sticks to watch streaming! Only 2 tvs have cable; the third has Roku. The online pictures are outdated too as the balcony furniture is hardwood with only a table for four; no cushions for chairs. The kitchen was adequately appointed but well used cookware, chipped plates and bowls, and some rusted knives. The front door lock was dismantled when we returned from dinner one evening with the interior doorknob laying on the foyer floor, but CB Vacations came out immediately the next day to repair it. The air conditioning also stopped functioning our last week there but CB Vacations came out immediately and it was repaired a day later. For a premiere end-unit condo in the perfect location, it was a disappointment and we will not rent there again. We are realistic that owners may not want to decorate with high-end furniture, etc., but please - let it at least be clean and fairly new. John and Chris from CB Vacations were responsive, polite, and repaired the issues quickly."

"on the beach
when we checked in, i quickly did an inventory of the kitchen so i could plan meals and go shopping. There were lots of cups, plates, bowls, and silverware, but very little to cook with. there was 1 skillet, one large sauce pan, and 2 large bowls. i was super disappointed as there were 7 of us staying to cook for and reached out to the owners to see if they had any other pots/pans. I received no answer. also, the condo had 0 extra blankets and only one on each bed. it was cool while we were there, and i reached out to see if there were any extras, with no response again. there were dirty dishes in cupboard, and found it was due to the dishwasher not working. company said they thought they got it fixed. There was no spice cupboard at all, not even salt and pepper in the house. i have only ever stayed in homes and they usually come with odds and ends like spices and condiments. overall feel was hotel like rather than homey. On the bright side, the balcony was large, very close to ocean, and was otherwise clean. we did leave 3 boogie boards and a cooler for the next people to enjoy."

"Wonderful Unit, Wonderful Stay
The Unit is very nice. It's spacious and well furnished. There were three of us so we didn't use the third bathroom or the third bedroom with bunk beds. The kitchen is great, the dining room table easily opened to feed 8 (we had friends in an adjacent apartment). The fourth floor view was awesome. The short walk to the beach very nice. It was a great trip. There is only one shortcoming of the property management company, we had to bring our own paper products. Atleast provide toilet paper in these Units."

"Best for Adults or Families with older children.
We were looking for a nearby unit for our Son & family while we were on vacation and this was close to the one we were renting, so it was recommended that we rent this unit. All in all was fine, however; I wouldn't recommend it for a family with young children. The carpet is white and furniture is more of a formal style, chairs are all velour/suede-type (micro fiber) fabric and the tables are glass. The kitchen had the basic supplies and equipment, but it would be nice if they had a few more items such as a Keurig Coffee maker, more cooking supplies, and glasses. My son said the master bed had a very soft mattress. The outer deck was slippery when it rained. There were no curtains on the sliding doors so it was necessary to close bedroom doors when they didn't want to get up with the sun. It was nicely decorated but it didn't give us a "warm and relaxing" beachside experience. "

Great location. Condo is very nice- only complaint would be there needs to be more towels and the kitchen needs more items if you plan to cook at the condo. There were no cookie sheets, very small cooking pans so when cooking for 2 families needed more options. The griddle was great for cooking breakfast."

"WOWZA! Sad to leave
This property was perfect for six people spanning three generations. Definitely enough space for everyone to spread out. View was AMAZING. Property was so nice and well maintained. Staff was responsive and kind. Location felt private but everything was close - grocery store, bait shop, boat rental, etc. We vacationed in Florida for years but then started going to Hilton Head and loved it. We'll now come here in the future it's that nice and much easier to get to. "

Another fantastic stay at Cinnamon Beach. This is our 4th visit and #741 is our favorite! Beaches this year were in fantastic shape and the experience of the new moon was incredible. Close proximity to restaurants and the local Publix is just minutes away. My only critical comment is guests were selfish using the carts during check-in and check-out. One of the "offenders" was on our level! Hauling all our belongings by hand was a bit of a workout. Other than that everything was great and management was very responsive."

Would suggest blinds or drapes over sliding glass doors as mornings were very bright.
Also high stools at kitchen bar area would be nice too.
We also had a mtc issue one day with air conditioner leaking into garage parking area so had to turn off the air until able to fix."

The sliding doors going on to the balcony needed some blinds. The drain under the kitchen sink leaked a little. The location and staff were great. Someone wanted to view our room while we were there on vacation didn't like the idea of people coming to view the property while we had it rented for the week."

Wonderful vacation at Cinnamon Beach. Unit #741 was very nice, very clean. The view was amazing. The balcony is huge. Our company said the beds were good and there was new bedding in the guest rooms. The master did need new bedding. Also we were told the unit would be painted and that would be very nice. Other then that, absolutely no complaints. Scott at (Property Management) was so great to work with! Also John the maintenance man is wonderful. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are great. So fun to walk on the beach with easy access. You could walk for miles. We plan on coming back next year and our friends will be coming and staying next door."

The beach this year was particularly rocky. We have been coming to this location for 7 years now during June and July. Each time the beach is a bit different. Last year very few rocks. This year it was crazy. So don't let the rocks scare you away - it will be different a week or two later. Also, this place has new furniture inside and on the deck. The deck is a great feature. The front gate system continues to be a pain, but its tolerable. Walk down to Atlantic Grill for a nice dinner. The gym is nice if you enjoy workouts during vacation. Kids seem to love the pools when they are not at the beach. Dune repairs are underway. We will be back."

"Fabulous time had by all!
This rental was great! Million dollar view could not be beat! We had 5 in our party. Kids ranged from 5-13. All loved the condo and all it had to offer! Clean, and well docorated. One bummer was the pool area. One of the pools was not usable (family pool including kiddie pool/splash pad). It was closed all week due to maintenance. We were able to use the other pool, but it closed at 7 pm.
Besides that, we had a great time!! Would definitely stay again!

Satisfactory with a few disappointments. Appoinments and furniture were weathered and had seen better times especially the balcony furniture (rusted and chipped), master bed (concave in the middle), deep shag rug ( fuzz machine), window dressing ( torn and broken in 2 places). Not what I would expect from a 1st class location."

One negative was that they were working on the pool area and had the children's area closed. Couldn't this be done another time of the year and not during prime vacation rental time?
The condo I stayed in had this long shag rug. It might look cute but was a mess with constant with dust balls and a trip hazard. That rug needs to go. The unit was not child friendly with its suede couch and dining chairs too. "

"Beautiful condo, beautiful location
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo very much. Everything was clean and just as it appears in the photos. The views from this unit are breathtaking. The whole area is gorgeous and not overly developed. One word of warning -- there is a $2.00 bridge toll to return to the condo from Palm Coast. We got tired of paying $2 each time we headed back from town, so we ended up going to Flagler Beach to eat most nights. It's right on the beach and has many reasonably priced restaurants and shops.
The only problem we experienced in the condo was with the sliding door. It is quite difficult to open and shut. We were told maintenance would take a look at it, so hopefully they fixed the problem.
A suggestion for the owner would be to add some toys. A condo of this size will most likely accommodate children on a regular basis. It would be great if there were a few items to keep toddlers busy in the condo and on the beach. We actually bought beach toys and left them there for future guests.
Any "problems" we experienced were minor though and we did have a blast with our kids and grandkids. We will definitely stay here again if we come back that way."

"A week at the beach
Beach was beautiful and pools were both very nice. Condo was nice but needs some updating with the furniture. Outside furniture needs to be replaced rusty and old, a couple of the chairs you can't even sit in. Living room set is old and the rug was so dirty it should be thrown out. Master bed was had dips in it so we ended up sleeping across the bed side to side. Kitchen is very slimly stocked and only the very basic needs are there. Not even a dish strainer? Mostly just looks like the owners are never there and is just a income property for them."

We actually rented 2 different units as we vacationed with our entire family, both were very nice condo's, pictures on the web site are exactly as the condo is, very clean and everything worked as is was meant to be, the entire complex was clean and well maintained, nice quiet area, check in and out was a breeze, we are already planning our next years vacation and plan to stay here again"

We stayed for 8 days and had a wonderful time. Due to scheduling problems we needed to extend our stay a day and accomplished it without any problems. The condo was great and coffee on the balcony watching the ocean was perfect. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of linens and the kitchen was efficient and well stocked. Really enjoyed the stay."

"Fantastic beach condo
Everything about the condo rental was great except for the restaurant management at the pool. They have very strict rules about outside food/ drinks in the pool area, although, they are not consistent. We walked up from the beach with a small cooler that only holds 2 waters (at most) and immediately they were on us letting us know the cooler wasn't allowed. We looked around to see people drinking Publix water bottles and they were not told those weren't allowed. We were forced to take the cooler back to the condo before we could enjoy the pool. The clubhouse management was only downside to this resort. Rules are rules but at least be consistent. Condo was exactly as shown in the photos. "

"A Week at Cinnamon Beach
We had a very nice time enjoying the oceanfront view and the conveniently located pool. The condo is beautifully and comfortably furnished. The walk to/from the pool was easy and worked right into longer beach walks. Although the distance from St Augustine was a little further than expected, it was super easy and offered scenic ocean views along the way.
One thing to be prepared for: This particular unit offered very little in terms of supplies. We (just 4 of us in a condo that sleeps 8) had no kleenexes, and ran out of paper towels and toilet paper after just a half day there. We were also very short on hand soap as well as laundry and dishwasher detergent. Thankfully the Publix store is close, but later in our stay we discovered Walmart is much more reasonably priced and not much further away.
Overall, we were very happy with the property and the relaxing ambience."

This was one of the best family vacations we have ever had. Unit #741 was very spacious and plenty of room for us and the other family with us. The pool was great for the kids. The unit was up to date, very clean and had a spectacular view of the ocean. The entire complex was very clean, well kept, security gates which I liked and felt very safe. I am planning on staying here again in the future. "

Amazing gem just south of St. Augustine. Perfect private family vacation spot. FYI--Pools were advertised as heated, but pool attendants say May 1st they turn off the heaters. We were there week before Memorial Day, pools were colder than the ocean but tolerable."
