The name says it all. We all need a break from everyday life, stresses and work. Your mind will leave those all behind once you enter TAKE A BREAK!!
Upon entry, you'll be greeted by the 1st level entertainment room and tons of natural light provided by the many sliders leading to the gorgeous and roomy pool and deck. Walk a bit down the hall and you will find not one, but two King Master Suites! One with private en-suite full bath and the other connected to a jack and jill full bath. The 1st level Queen bedroom connects to the jack and jill as well.
Take the stairs up to the 2nd level and take in the main living space. Take A Break provides a huge area here with open kitchen concept for gathering all the friends and family!! This level also has plenty of patio space to take in the beautiful sunsets!
Two additional bedrooms reside on this level. The King Master Suite with a giant designer bathroom and soaking tub, you'll find at the front of the home. The 5th and final bedroom is the twin bedroom -another full bath attached.
When it's time to get away, Take A Break is ready and waiting!!

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $250.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.
