This adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath coastal chic condo at Jubilee Landing is ready for your family’s vacation! Jubilee Landing is located across the street from the beautiful sugar white beaches and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
KITCHEN/DINING: the fully equipped, open-concept kitchen makes your entertaining feel like home. Stunning granite countertops deliver more than enough prep space plus the island to grab a snack or lay out a full-spread buffet. A full suite of stainless steel appliances includes refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, and range. A deep sink w/sprayer, new Shaker styled cabinets and lots of drawers allow for easy kitchen storage.
Guest will enjoy the cozy leather sofa, leather recliner, cable and complimentary WIFI. The access to the waterfront balcony from the living room and also the master suite will have you enjoying the mornings and afternoons for dining or just relaxing feeling the coastal breezes and coveted salty sea air! From the balcony you have views gulf , pool and stunning views of Ole River! You also have views of the gulf Mexico located just across the street!
The master bedroom suite offers a king, private access to the balcony and a private bath with upgraded and remodeled walk-in shower and new vanity.
