Your perfect beach vacation awaits at Regency Isle Unit 304! This fully updated, custom 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo sleeps 8, with a king bed in the Master Bedroom, and two queen beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bathroom has been completely remodeled and features a double-vanity and large, tiled spa shower. Both bedrooms include wall-mounted, flat-screen HDTV televisions. The kitchen is fully stocked with new dishes/flatware, a Keurig, a traditional coffee pot, as well as stainless appliances. The in-unit laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer. Regency Isle has some of the largest balconies in town providing gorgeous views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. A convenient keyless entry saves you the hassle of dealing with a check-in or key return. This unit also comes with a reserved, covered parking space on P1. Amenities at Regency Isle include beach chairs available for rent (seasonal), picnic pavilion with gas grills, outdoor/indoor pools, sauna, fitness center, three elevators, and on-site security. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets are allowed per the HOA.

Regency Isle amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, gazebo, grilling area, sauna, steam room, fitness center, activity room with a TV, and WiFi in every room.

PARKING PASSES

One parking pass is included with your reservation. If you need an additional pass, one can be purchased for $35plus tax. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, if you need a second pass, please let us know at least 48 hours before check in. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

*No guests under the age of 25 unless approved by (Property Management). A driver's license must be uploaded and a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with (Property Management) must be electronically signed to secure your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

"Absolutely Loved Our Stay at Regency Isle 304
While we have been coming to Gulf Shores for years, this was our first stay in Orange Beach. We found this condo online at VRBO after a thorough search and could not be happier with our choice. The condo exceeded our expectations in location, comfort, furnishings and cleanliness. We enjoyed the pool, the beach and the reserved space in the parking garage. Our visit was after the summer crowds had returned home, and only noticed an increase in noise and pool activity as the Labor Day holiday weekend arrived. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will be back!"

"Beautiful Condo and View for Vacation
We rented this condo at Regency Isle for Spring Break 2023 and it was as beautiful as pictured. The view was great, the beach was beautiful and not overly busy even during a spring break week. The location was great - quick trips to Gulf Shores or Pensacola, and loved how close it was to Flora-Bama! The master suite was amazing - the shower - wow! The condo had everything we needed and was pleasantly surprised by the ice machine! The condo property was well-maintained and clean. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and texting with the property manager was easy when needed. My only negatives would be the wash machine did not seem to work great, but it did work, just took a long time do wash a load of wash and was loud, and didn't seem to fill with water or agitate well, but it was nice to have for the week. The chairs at the pool are tethered to the railings, so you couldn't move them around to face the sun always, or with a group, you couldn't always be right next to each other, but that is not the property manager's issue, it is a condo complex issue and didn't bother us that much as most of our time was spent at the beach. We had a great week in Orange Beach."

"PERFECTION
Regency Isle 304 was the most beautiful, well equipped condo we've ever rented. The balcony was our favorite...we began our morning with coffee and breakfast listening to the crashing waves, relaxed in the loungers throughout the day feeling as if we were actually on the beach and enjoying the laughter of families enjoying the pool below, and finished the evening with a glass of wine overlooking the moon-lit ocean. I cannot put into words the peace and joy this trip brought!"
